Casino is actually being renovated and there were no up to date games or options “. So I didn’t really enjoyed the casino as much ! But the entirety of my stay was 9/10! And I would gladly recommend this especially for convenience and comfort, cleanliness and surroundings are filled with fast food options , stores, and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel!

Muy bien todo. Hay que poner atención en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y limpieza de las alfombras de pasillos.

El Decapolis nos movio al Megapolis. El servicio al cliente del Megapolis es muy deficiente. El personal nos trato mal, solo 3 empleados tienen habilidades de servicio. El desayuno los 3 dias que estuvimos fue caotico, muy mal organizado el comedor yla comida era escasa. Es una lastima porque las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas, pero no me volveria a alijar alli.

Good breakfast options. Loved the pool lounge area. The bartender did an excellent job preparing our drinks.

The hotel is beautiful. Excellent amenities without even thinking to leave the property. Most people we encountered were friendly... they seemed to be about their buisness all the time though. Which is totally fine... breakfast was included as was always great. Would stay again

Breakfast was very good, included many options. Gym was a bit smaller than shown on the pictures, still I was able to get a nice workout. Room was clean

This was once a good hotel, but definitely needs the renovation that it is going through now. I assume the price is reduced for the building works, but not enough to compensate for Waking up to construction noise on the next floor. While this hotel is broken, the price should be MUCH cheaper, until it is all renovated.

Muy Buena ubicación, desayuno y personal bien, falta mantenimiento y limpieza, estructura descuidada. Lo peor en mi caso: noche de DJ o alguna fiesta con música demasiado alta en la terraza imposible descansar!

Room is clean...Staff are very nice snd good training
