総合評価とレビュー Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort

ホテルのすぐそばにビーチがあり、子供たちは何度も行って遊びました。部屋もベッドも広く、テラスから海が見え、快適でした。お願いすると電子ケトルとベビーベッドを用意してくれました。冷蔵庫、バスタブもついていました。次の日に船に乗るツアーに参加したのですが、レセプションで手配してくれました。夜はレストランでブッフェを頂きましたが、美味しかったです。朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったですが9時頃はとても混雑します。アルブフェイラの街中まで少し距離がありますが無料シャトルバスがでています。これに乗れなくてもタクシーで6ユーロほどでした。ファロ空港までは空港シャトルをお願いして40分で45ユーロでした。

部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 Renfe のアルブフェイラ駅からタクシーで１０ユーロ弱でした。 リスボンやセビリアに向かうメインバスターミナルへもタクシーで１０ユーロ弱でした。 因みに、セビリアへのバスはEVAというパルトガルのバス会社が２０ユーロ、４時間半ぐらいの路線を運行しており、ポルトガルからスペインへの移動としては便が良かったです。 市街地からは離れた位置にありますが、ホテルが無料の巡回シャトルバスを１日に数本走らせていました。 キッチンは冷蔵庫も大きく、調理器具も揃っていてしっかり自炊できました。 徒歩で１０分程度の場所にそこそこ大きなスーパーがあります。 WIFIは室内にルータが設置されているので電波状態は良好ですが、回線の速度はそれほど速くなかったです。Youtubeの動画ぐらいまでは問題ないですが。 たまたまの部屋のコンディションと思いますが、バスタブの排水が少し悪かったです。 アパートタイプの部屋ですが、清掃は毎日とても丁寧に行っていただけたので非常に快適でした。 ビーチ、プールはもちろん無料で利用できますし、ビーチタオルも無料で貸してもらえました。 ビーチはこじんまりとして良い雰囲気でしたし、プールもきれいでした。 エクスペディアでの予約特典？でスパの１回利用券もいただきました。 長旅の中での日程調整がてら、行ったことのないポルトガル南部のビーチエリアに何となく寄ってみただけの滞在でしたが、オフシーズンということもあり、安い料金でリゾート気分を満喫できました。

レストランのレベルが高く、値段も手頃で、ホテルのそとのオールドタウンなどに行く必要がないくらい。接客対応もとても良かった

Amazing!! Hotel was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway but within a reasonable distance to the tourist spots with a shuttle offered. We had breakfast each morning of our stay which was fantastic with plenty of options. The pineapple coconut juice was delicious and the self serve cafe machine was something we had never seen before. Restaurants on site with beautiful ocean views were delicious. Would definitely stay again if in the Algarve.

We stayed two nights at the Grande Real. It was okay but not amazing in my opinion. I felt the staff was not as friendly and accommodating as I am used to when staying at resorts. Some staff members were annoyed with our general questions and requests. This included desk staff and restaurant staff. The restaurants were inconsistent, not having food items we were told they would have - and a lot of it was sub par food and really expensive. Everything also closes pretty early so at night we felt the resort was pretty dead. Beach area was nice and pretty, but pools were small and bombarded by families with kids. We enjoyed ourselves more outside of the resort truthfully and would likely do a different option if we returned to Albufeira.

Room was great. The hotel itself was a big disappointment. Very outdated and not well maintained facilities. Pools are tiny but clean. Charged to use beach chairs which was ridiculous at the nightly rate we paid. Tons of seaweed on the beach - no clean up by staff. Slow front desk, not friendly. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Hotel está velho com quartos em reforma, primeiro quarto que fomos alocados corredor estava só mofo, quarto muito bom em si mas ar condicionado não estava funcionando, fomos à recepção e nos ofereceram um ventilador só nós trocaram de quarto após muita insistência. Então não voltaria e não recomendo

This hotel is absolutely spectacular in every way. Welcoming to solo travelers, couples of any kind, and families. Rooms are clean, staff is exceedingly friendly, food is amazing, and the resort itself is lovely.

Property was great. I’d say the best in the area for sure. Only complaint is the water smells quite awful. Other than that, fantastic!

The resort is located on a beautiful strip of beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle into the new and old town was really great. Breakfast was delicious, value for money and lots of choice.

Impressive lobby and nice breakfast. Staff were not very friendly and the overall appearance was unkept and needed more maintenance.

Place was great, only minor complaint was that room was by kids pool which was a liuttl noisy during the day.

The hotel was fine but had a weird smell. I didn’t like the area at all. Felt very touristy and not the vibe we were after.
