セントロ内の見どころに近いので、立地は大変良いです。 ホテル内でバレエショーが開催され、楽しむことが出来ました。 スタッフの対応もホテルも清潔です。 部屋でWifiの接続が非常に悪いことと駐車場代が高い事が少し残念でした。

メキシコらしいホテルで、良い思い出になった。ロケーションは比較的便利なところであり、価格パフォーマンスはいいと思う。 部屋により快適さ(広さや景色など)に違いが大きいかもしれません。

The room is comfortable. Every staff is kind and helpful.Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy local food in the restaurant.

An awesome and authentic experience. Loved the hotel and very friendly staff. Toilets kept on not flushing in the room. This could be an issue with oaxaca itself but it did happen frequently. When we arrived there was no hot water for the shower but didnt affect us massively. Other than that it is a superb place to stay, very central in oaxaca.

I loved the location and the staff was really nice and helpful. The only think we didn’t enjoy was the fact that there was no hot water for the 3 nights we were there. Only the last night. And I really did need a warm shower, especially in the morning.

A coffee machine would be nice.

Everything was wonderful, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was really good also. The hotel was within walking distance of everything.

El hotel es bonito, habitación de agradable limpia, con agua caliente , cama y almohada comodas,tiene el hotel varias áreas para descansar o tomar un cafe, no es muy ruidosa, el personal amable, sobre todo en el restaurante, donde además la cómida es deliciosa y a precios cómodos. Definitivo sera mi hotel de elección en posteriores visitas a esta hermosa ciudad.

Cerca del centro y todo muy accesible

The pool and overall property look larger in the pictures. The pool is very small. We had issues with the toilet flush almost every day, and one day there was no water at all. At times we had to maually put water in the flush tank for it to work. No elevator, so if you have large luggage, you have to lug it to the second or third floor. The room size was fair for our family of four, but the bathroom was tiny. On the last day, when we were about to leave, the front desk lady ran to us and inquired about the missing glass in the room, which was sitting right beside the water jug. It was quite a disappointing stay. I would stay somewhere else, given the amount of money they charge. You can get a better deal with that rate.

Location was great to walk everywhere. Was disappointed to get charged $189.00 dollars for extra two people. We had paid over $1200 dollars for 6 nights at their hotel. I used Expedia to book and forgot to put 4 people to a room instead of 2. We had the presidential suite with a king bed and two twins it was a nice room but something was wrong with the boiler and we had to take cold water for 4 days!!!

La atención del personal es excelente, son muy amables y el edificio es histórico pero muy limpio y bien preservado, está muy agradable y la ubicación excelente a una cuadra del andador turístico y del centro. El restaurante del hotel también es muy bueno y a precios súper razonables
