It was excellent value for money. The hotel is very strategic, so close to South Yarra station. From there, it's just minute away from popular destinations in Melbourne.

We love this place! The old Victorian building located near the train station surrounded with shops, restaurants, and 7-eleven convenient store. We got a room for two, neat and clean. They also provided clean towels and soap. There’s a television, personal ref, and heater. They also have a nice, clean kitchen. The breakfast is good - toast, cereal, coffee, fruits, hot choco. Although not recommended for older guests or those who cannot climb more than ten steps stairs. for guests with really huge, heavy luggage you might find it hard to bring it to your room. Good location, clean room, good breakfast.

The room is comfortable for both of us, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and the surrounding many restaurant that we can choose.

So satisfied, location is great perfect for living for a while, nearby train station and tran stop, the hotel and room are so clean, bathroom as well, receptionists and staff are all proficient, and friendly. It's a very good experience of my first time in Melbourne.
