ホテルとしては高級感がありミロ作品にも触れられるが、空港から遠く、空港バスに乗るには乗り継ぎが必要。ホテルまでのアクセス面を除けば特に問題はない。

家族旅行で使用しました。ホテルの対応は全く問題無い、施設面ではプールも綺麗なのでGood！！Gymはあるけど、器具が壊れており状態は悪いかな。あとレストランやビーチまで距離が少し遠い。でもホテルスタッフ皆明るく応対してくれたので良かった。

中心街へもバスで気楽に行ける距離です。 空港からはバスで1時間ちょっとかかります。 タクシーだと15分くらいでしょうか。 夜は静かで、ホテルスタッフが親切です。

市街地からはやや離れ、バス移動でのアクセス。近隣にはレストランが多くなく、市街地へ行く必要があった。部屋は比較的清潔に保たれていて、宿泊のみであればまずまず。夕食のビュッフェは品数は多くなかったが、リーズナブルだった。

Café da manhã excelente. Quarto bom também.

Room excellent reception ladies were fantastic i was made to feel very welcome.and all the staff made me feel welcome a friendly quite modern hotel .5 mins walk to a bus stop 15 min journy 2 euros later in centre of palma.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten dann die Suite..schönes und sauberes Zimmer… Das Personal mehr als fünf Sterne …einfach nur perfekt …

Great space, excellent reception, beds very comfort table. In my opinion the breakfast is worth the cost as there are ample options and delicious coffee. They closed the pool half hour early and it was a pain having to track the staff down to reopen it for our young child that wanted to swim after a full day of walking.

Trevligt hotell med ett trevligt bemötande. Nära till fina beachen Cala Major men lite längre till Palma city.

Allt var bra.

Room was good but a little bit dated and it came with a mini fridge but no kettle for drinks.If you want coffee or tea you had to pay for room service. The staff were nice.The breakfast was good 👍. The double bed was two single bed pushed together.The bathroom was clean. After a shower water leaked and there was no extractor fan.Soap could be improved. The swimming pool was a bit chilly in October but it was still good . Lots of restaurants and public transport and a great beach nearby Overall I recommend the hotel for a short visit .

Väldigt fin service och bra städning.

Ett bra boende och bra service och ett mycket bra bemötande av personalen. Det som drar ner upplevelsen var att ha balkong mot en parkeringsplats. Det är inte så att man vill utnyttja den.

The hotel does not look like the photos. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. The rooms were ok, however very dusty. In the bathroom we found lots of hair which we had to clean up. If you put the air con on there was a constant bad smell. The breakfast was cold, so we only had this on one day and went out for the others. The food in the “restaurant” was also not very nice at all. So we ate out every night. The pool are is nice and clean. However there’s no bar outside as advertised. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is around 5/6 restaurants in the area which looked ok. We got a taxi to Palma Nova for an evening out and found great entertainment there. Do not believe this hotel is a 4 star, would not recommend.

Jag hade svit med egen terrass med utsikt över havet, jättefint!! Sängen var lite hård, annars super! Personalen väldig serviceinriktad och trevlig. Frukosten var bra med många alternativ men tyvärr blev den enda middagen jag åt på hotellet en flopp. Två rätter skickade jag ut för de var oätliga, men jag slapp så klart betala. Annars var allt superbra!
