ホテルとしては高級感がありミロ作品にも触れられるが、空港から遠く、空港バスに乗るには乗り継ぎが必要。ホテルまでのアクセス面を除けば特に問題はない。

家族旅行で使用しました。ホテルの対応は全く問題無い、施設面ではプールも綺麗なのでGood！！Gymはあるけど、器具が壊れており状態は悪いかな。あとレストランやビーチまで距離が少し遠い。でもホテルスタッフ皆明るく応対してくれたので良かった。

中心街へもバスで気楽に行ける距離です。 空港からはバスで1時間ちょっとかかります。 タクシーだと15分くらいでしょうか。 夜は静かで、ホテルスタッフが親切です。

市街地からはやや離れ、バス移動でのアクセス。近隣にはレストランが多くなく、市街地へ行く必要があった。部屋は比較的清潔に保たれていて、宿泊のみであればまずまず。夕食のビュッフェは品数は多くなかったが、リーズナブルだった。

Decent and clean modern hotel with pool

The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return.

Väldigt bra frukost, trevlig personal, rent och fräscht. Härligt poolområde. Bra läge, nära restauranger och till lokalbuss in till Palma centrum.

Prisvärt hotell en kort promenad från den superfina stranden Cala Mayor. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen var bra, bekväma sängar. Jättegod frukost och kvaliteten på lunchen som kunde beställas på tersssen vid poolen var hög!

The breakfast with custom omelet and the room in the fifth floor had a big private patio.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr schöner und sauberer Poolbereich , dh im Hotel war alles bestens, leider waren in der Umgebung Bauarbeiten in Gange und damit viele Geräusche, wenn man tagsüber am Pool war.

El personal genial, la habitación muy bien, aunque algún detalle de limpieza podría mejorar ligeramente.

They were approachable and friendly to the guest.

A quieter alternative to being in central Palma, which is anyway no more than 10 mins away by taxi or 20-25 mins by a bus that leaves every 10 minutes. Very good price-quality relationship, nice neighbourhood with the nearest beach at 10 mins walk west. Large pool, excellent bar, and very complete breakfast. And as for the name, the Foundation Joan Miro is only a short walk away!

Lovely hotel, great staff, huge pool, excellent location just round the corner from Cala Major beach & strip, good restaurants & bars nearby & just round the corner from Palma central.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful! The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is a paid parking in the next street belonging to the hotel, but it is very tight so a big car wouldn't suit, and my guess is most customers who drive would park on the street but it would be a gamble as it gets very busy. The breakfast is a wide selection of continental breakfast items and very good quality. The only minor complaint I have is the fragrance in the lobby is quite strong and every time I pass by it would make me cough, and the room is super warm even when no central heating is on (we visited in the first week of April when the nights are below 10 degrees Celsius and it was so warm I could barely keep a sheet over myself during the night).

A comfortable and easy stay. Everything worked well and the hotel felt welcoming.

Room excellent reception ladies were fantastic i was made to feel very welcome.and all the staff made me feel welcome a friendly quite modern hotel .5 mins walk to a bus stop 15 min journy 2 euros later in centre of palma.
