ヴェネツィアへのバス停まで徒歩七分程度、駐車場も敷地内で安全です。 食事も美味しいです。 イタリア語の話せない私たちにもとても親切にしてくれました。 コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。

駅から離れた場所ではあるけど、ベネチアへのアクセスは良かった。 ホテルの部屋はとてもきれいでした。

ベネチアに行くのが大変。５分歩いたところからトラムが出てるが、このトラムの混むこと！２０分も立ちっぱなしです。ベネチアに着いてからまた混みこみのヴァポレットに乗ること話考えるともうたくさんかな。。。 メストレの駅まではタクシーで10€くらいだろうから、そこから電車に乗り換えたほうが楽だったかも。近くにバス停はあるものの、時刻表は無し。複雑そうだったからホテルの人も紹介しなかったのかも。メストレセンター街まで５分と言われましたが、１０分以上は歩きましたよ。周りに何もないんだものね。でも近くのインドレストランはおいしかったです。フロントが割と適当なのかな。あまり丁寧ではなかったような・・・４星のホテルにしては。レストランは入っているものの、スナックメニューですね。４月のイースターの前あたりに行ったんですが、とても暑くて、でもクーラー入ってないんですよね・・・ホテルで屋根裏部屋って初めてだったけど、室内はきれいで、４星ホテルのレベルでした。シェーバーは無かったです。ＴＶのリモコンが本体とは違う会社のもので、音量は調節できたものの、チャンネルは手動でした。コーヒーサーバーは部屋中に響くようなすごい音がします。従業員の方はみんな親切でした。 　　　

モダンなホテルで，Wifiも快適に使えました． ただし，少しMestreの駅から離れた立地なので，タクシーがバスを使ったほうが良いでしょう．（歩くと2～30分ぐらいです．)

本館と別館のようなところがあります。この二つは全く別の雰囲気です･･･ 本館については問題なし。 別館はかなりねんきが入っており暗いです。 部屋でのWi-Fiが繋がらなく苦労しました。フリースペースはつながったのですが同じような方がちらほらいらっしゃいました。

場所は、ベネチア空港とメストレ駅の中間くらいにある。ホテルの人の対応も道を丁寧に教えてもらったりタクシーの手配などもして頂き大変良かった。シャワー室は水はけが悪く床に水が漏れやすいので注意。部屋はとても綺麗で快適だった。

We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The property met all of our needs. However, the thermostat was not working. I later found out that the AC was controlled by the front desk which was not something I have come across before. But they did turn it on after I asked them which was nice. There was also an issue with our washroom. The fan only turned on once the light was turned off, but would not turn on when the lights were turned on. The front desk said it was a maintenance issue and would need to be fixed. The room itself was nice. I will say, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot of variety. It was very convenient especially since we had to catch a flight the next morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great convenient location t travel across to Venice. Good breakfast and great staff!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The reception, cleaning, catering and service staff were fantastic - very friendly, helpful and able to converse in English as our Italian is very limited. The facilities were great and the hotel is Absolutely would rate this a 5 star hotel- did not get a chance to experience the spa but I’m sure it is just as good. Would definitely recommend and return.

Très bon hôtel, à proximité de tout, tramway, bus… et très facile D’accès. La chambre est super, le personnel aussi et le spa, petit mais pratique !

We had a fantastic stay! Really quite convenient - relatively easy and frequent access to Venice (Island). The staff were remarkable! Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! We’d highly recommend the breakfast that’s included! Admittedly, we were a little underwhelmed by the rooms, though we were out all day, so it didn’t really matter!

Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Wellness Bereich muss auch als Gast extra bezahlt werden. Klimaanlage/Heizung über Bedienpult weder Bad noch im Schlafzimmer regelbar. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption muss das über die Rezeption gesteuert werden (was macht das für einen Sinn?) unfreundliches Personal bei Rückfragen, legten am Telefon einfach auf.

The hotel was in a great location. The room cleaning and bed change was poor.
