部屋は広くてキッチンがあり綺麗に掃除はされている感じはありました。子供達がロフトで夜寝ていると、変な音がすると言ってました。水の音か空調の音かとは思いますが。ダウンタウンに位置していてパブ、バー、レストランがあり、私達が滞在した部屋側は週末夜遅くまでワイワイ騒いでいる声が聞こえて眠れませんでした。フロントのお兄さんは非常に感じは良かったのですが、ホテル周りのことやウィスラーのことを把握していなかったので、尋ねても分からずちょっと残念でした。料金はリーズナブルなので長期滞在には良いように思います。

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season.

We had a reservation, stood at the front desk over an hour. No one ever showed up to check us in. Made numerous phone calls and rang bell over and over. Finally called hotels.com, got a reimbursement and they made arrangements at another hotel with an upgrade. Would not recommend this hotel for even pets!!! I would rate this hotel 0 stars and less if I could.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. They even provided dishes, wine glasses, bottle & can openers and cutlery which was a nice bonus. Access to whistler village is just outside the front door and discounted garage parking was greatly appreciated While the staff were quick to respond to our concerns we had no hot water the day we arrived nor the next morning. Also there were no ice machines working and our TV didn’t work so we had to move all our things to another room. We are waiting to hear if we will be compensated for these inconveniences and not having hot water which should never happen at the price charged.

Overcharged for parking

My wife and I both had a very positive experience staying at Blackcomb Lodge. In fact, my wife was so happy with our stay that she also decided to leave a positive review herself. Before arriving, I saw many comments mentioning the hotel’s rules and policies, but after staying here, I completely understand why they are necessary. The hotel is located right in the center of Whistler Village with a lot of tourist traffic, so proper management is important for the comfort and security of guests. From my own experience, everything was explained clearly in advance. As long as guests respect the hotel’s policies, there should be no issues at all. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the owner even upgraded our room for free without us asking, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, we were both very satisfied with our stay and would happily return again in the future

My son and I stayed one night on Easter Weekend on our way through the area. I've stayed in Whistler many other times in a tent and a travel trailer and had much more restful sleeps! For a kitchenette unit, it had almost no useful dishes (including no coffee cups for the coffee maker!), there was no blanket for the sofa bed for my son and we were woken up repeatedly by loud sounds starting at 4:30am. These issues would have been annoying but what kicked this review all the way down to 1-star is the complete lack of follow-up from the hotel on all of my inquiries to reduce the room fee - the immediate response at the front desk was polite and understanding but directed me to an email address. Several emails later, not one has been returned. I've called several times and have only had the phone answered once. Other times it has rang dozens of times, then someone picks up and hangs up! Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Will never stay here again.

Older place but the rooms were clean and the bathtub was deep (nice to find a tub). Great location in the center of things. We'll be back.

Dommage que nous n'avons pas eu de service de nettoyage (poubelles, draps, serviettes) pour 8 jours de séjour et malgré nos demandes. Chambre donnant sur la petite place à proximité d'un bar bruyant jusqu'à minuit.

Great location but the place is a bit run down. Could benefit from a refresh during the off season. Very quiet though.

They are trying hard to keep the Village's first hotel up to date, and it's a great value with kitchenettes in the rooms and clean indoor pool & hot tub, all right in the middle of the upper village. Checkout is early at 10am and overnight parking expires at 11am, so if you hit the slopes after checkout, purchase more parking time from the machine or front desk.

Room not properly cleaned

Great location, really good staff. Amazing experience.

Walking distance to skiing gondola. However, there was in incident happened when we stayed. There were loud drilling and nailing noise very close to our room at midnight, 4 am and 5 am. That loud noise woke us up several times. Not sure if it’s part of the property’s problem. It’s a problem for us to return to this property though.

It was clean only dishwasher had dirty glasses and cups when moved in. Only two towels even though we booked for 3 ppl. No service was provided tried to get some more towels in the morning and could not reach reception for 1hr after went down and no one was there. Had to go to pool and find some fresh towels there.
