周りも便利で　とてもよかったです

7日間の滞在中の最終日、机の入れ物の中にあったスマホ関連の器具がいくつかなくなっていました。フロントに伝えたら、探す前から「あり得ない」と否定されました。

It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice

Good service

The hotel is comfortable with ample parking and good proximity to Warner Brothers and Universal Studios. We took a Lyft and it was $9 to Universal which saved $25 in parking costs. The breakfast was very minimal and a little disappointing but was included with the room price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The gym and pool are both very small and one of the treadmills was out of order. The staff were all very friendly. The shower head was at kid level height so instead of spraying down, it sprayed straight at my face. Slow elevator.

A nice and quiet spot on a safe street

Me gustó que está recién remodelada y que el parking es gratuito , le falta un poco a la limpieza , la ropa de cama no parecía limpia ni la alfombra

super ubicación la cama estaba como vencida, se sumía, no creo que todas estén iguales, de ahi en fuera la habitación muy bien

Great stay, friendly and very helpful staff. Several place's to eat at, comfy beds. No charge for parking is awesome! Other hotels should learn from them. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Très bon séjour, juste à savoir que l’établissement débite le deposit et le re crédite (si tout va bien) entre 3 et 6 jours après le départ

Muy bueno y cerca de los estudios universal la zona muy tranquila y muchos restaurantes de comidas alrededor

cleaning service came during our three night stay twice , once at 3:15 pm and 4:15 pm. awful time for cleaning services. water pressure REALLY bad. I talked to frot desk about what time cleaning service would come to my room so I can make sure I'm gone . they didn't know they said. terrible.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. All staff members were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good enough. We had a good stay!

Our room had blood on the sheets and the front office staff only offered to being me new sheets. Nobody could come change them and no defund was possible as the manager did not answer. He said "You should have told me earlier, there is nothing I can do now'.

Stayed close by for universal studios park trip. Nice area, walk to food, and drive really quickly to more food. FREE parking in a garage. Nice clean and safe area.

Achei ok para ficamos só por uma noite, cama confortável, chuveiro ok, quarto amplo Acho que a iluminação deixa a desejar e o carpete da ao quarto um aspecto de sujo. Ótimo café da manhã para um padrão de rede americana com frutas, panquecas, máquina de waffle, ovos, pão, enfim bem reforçado. O pior de tudo e pq eu não retornaria: atendimento foi o pior que eu tive na viagem, chegamos por volta das 00:00 e o atendente parecia estar dormindo, tivemos que esperar um tempo para alguém no atender nem dava para entender direto o que dizia e queria se livrar para voltar a dormir, péssimo. Cobram um “calção” e depois ainda tive que pedir ajuda do meu cartão para estornar senão não tinha nem devolvido o dinheiro. Mas localização ótima, ao lado da Warner da para ir a pé e bem perto da universal.

The room was pretty big granted I paid for one with a couch an and king bed. The beds however had blood on the sheets. Towels were very limited. I had to keep ordering more through room service. I’m pretty sure the couch had bed bugs because after I sat on it I had these bites on my legs and had to go to the ER because it was getting worse. The shower bed was so dirty. I wanted to go to the pool but it was gross.

Great stay. Love having several eating options within walking distance. Dib at the front desk made the checking in process very pleasant.
