アジア人の宿泊客が少なく、ヨーロッパを満喫できた。

地下鉄A線とB線のムーステク駅から徒歩5分程と近いです。 旧市街広場へ徒歩2分程度、他の観光名所にも近く、観光に便利な位置にあります。 ホテル内も部屋も豪華な内装で素敵でしたし、清掃もきちんとされていました。 スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。 ただ、朝食後に部屋に戻った際にドアが壊れ部屋に入れなくなるトラブルがありました。 業者さんを呼ぶとのことで1時間弱ホテル内のカフェで待つことに。 その日はプラハを観光する日だったのでよかったものの飛行機で移動する日だったら･･･と考えると緊張したので、また壊れることを考えると部屋を変えて欲しかったのですが、変えてはもらえませんでした。 また、トラブルや待たせたことへの謝罪やお礼もなく、ないことは構わないのですが、5つ星でこのサービスはないのではと残念に思いました。 コロナの影響でレストランが全て閉まっていたためホテル内のレストランを利用しましたがどれも見た目も美しく味もよかったです。 朝食はビュッフェは品数が少なかったのですが(コロナの影響で宿泊客が少なかったせいかもしれません)メインを注文できるのでそれだけでも量も味も満足するものでした。

フロントに入った瞬間、ゴージャスな印象があり滞在への期待感が膨らみました。 しかし、実際に泊まってみると、全体的に5つ星ホテルには届いていない感じがしました。 まず、スタッフのサービス。これは率直に満足に程遠い感想。フロント、レストラン(朝食)含めて、最低限の対応と感じ、ホスピタリティを感じるものではなかったです。

立地、サービス、部屋の設備とすべてが素晴らしく、ヨーロッパのホテルでこのコスパは最高でした。朝食のブッフェはメニューが豊富で日替わりメニューもある他、とても美味しいので3泊しましたが毎朝楽しみました！スタッフも親切で、ホテルの内装も美しく清潔でした。

クラシカルな素敵なホテルでした。 旧市街も近く、観光も便利でした。 朝食もおいしかった。 スタッフもみな親切で、行きたい店なども、丁寧に教えてくれた。 チェコの滞在が、楽しいものになりました。

場所がわからない。看板は注意しないと気づかない。レストランに面する部屋だったが、レストランの音楽、客の声、フォークやナイフが皿に当たる音が煩すぎる。上の階の生活音や外部からの騒音が気になったのは５つ星では初めて。部屋が異常に暗い。

The hotel and rooms are absolutely fantastic. The location is great! The only problem with the property is finding it specially if you are driving. There is no option to park your car yourself since the parking location is 1km away so the parking fee is the fee for parking plus the valet parking, no other option. Further more, you have to request your car 2hrs before you needed. But the property is beautiful and great location.

Perfect location in Old Town and can walk to every attraction easily. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was huge! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel’s restaurant is wonderful for dinner. The location just can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

It was a beutiful hotel and the junior suit was very comfortable. However the bath tube was not comfortable to get in and out of.

Wonderful hotel loved the rooms and the convenience to everything in Old Town. Didn’t try the restaurant but the desserts sounded amazing

Such a nice location, with a touch of the European experience. The elevators worked so no slogging up and down stairs! Just steps from the main square in Old Town. Everything very convenient!

You can’t ask for anything more! Ultra convenient location to all the action. Excellent food. Instant and high pressure hot water. Lots to do all around the hotel and all major sites are maximum 12 minute walk. Great air conditioning in our unit, comfortable beds, interesting antique furniture, overall excellent! Staff was helpful, would recommend and would stay again. Had the venison and wild boar at the hotel restaurant “the Deer” and they were delicious.

The place is a palace converted to a hotel, nice spacious rooms, the staff is really helpful, hotel is located near to the tourist destinations, everything is 10 mins walk from the location. Breakfast is sumptuous and so are the other meals

Great hotel in the heart of Prague. Close to a lot of attractions and great restaurants!
