ツアーバスがなかなか来なく、スタッフの方に助けていただき、すごく助かりました！部屋も清潔感があり、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

レンタカー移動をする方にはオススメの立地ですし、駐車場もタダなので利用しやすいかと思います。 朝も4時代にチェックアウトしたのですが、滞りなく出来、ストレスフリーでした。 ただ一点、初日の部屋の掃除が担当の方が急いでいたのか？バスルームの床は掃除されておらず、タオルもハンドタオルとバスタオルの数がちくはぐで、ゴミ袋の回収も忘れていました。そこが減点ポイントです。

ジュニア スイートを予約していたが、手配してくれた部屋の設備は予約時のネット情報と全然違う。キングベッドもダブルソファーベッドもなかった。がっかり！

快適に過ごせたが、ドライヤーが途中から使えなくなって困った。 ツアーなどのピックアップはホテルまで来てくれるのでバスストップで待ちたくない人にはオススメのホテルです。

掃除は行き届いていない、ブレーカー落ちてから復帰までの対応が遅い。 朝食は美味しい。 現地でのツアー予約など、色々手伝ってくれて、親切な従業員でした。

I loved my stay here! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was modernized and updated. The rooms felt clean and the views were great! 10/10 would stay here again.

Room is big and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly. It is listed as location for pick up on most tour provider. The only downside is location. It is not center, need to walk 2.4 km to downtown Reykjavik, but bus stop is close by. Only 1 Indian restaurant across the street. Grocery store is within 10 minutes walk.

The breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed the spa for helping to relax after a long day touring the city and after my 6-day tour bus trip.

Overordnet er klasse hotel

The hotel spa and evening restaurant was very pleasant. Staff in the main restaurant and spa lovely, though younger members may need training. Delivered wrong drinks and brought the bread with the soup after the meal was served but were very apologetic and lovely. Food was excellent, Staff in the breakfast area however rude and ignorant. Ended up making an official complaint. It was a mixed bag really. Some customer training required to improve standards.

Loved this hotel. Located just a short drive (or Uber) outside of the city, it's a nice, clean, fairly modern space. Staff could not have been nicer or friendlier, breakfast - which was included for us - was great and plenty. Parking is key, and convenient for us to get out to sightsee and explore the city, but also for a quick getaway to the airport early in the morning. Spa amenities are lovely, and overall the stay was excellent. We didn't eat at Hekla, but right downstairs and has good ratings. Food looked good as we were going by, and customers seemed to be enjoying it.

Rooms were clean but average, I was in and out of downtown so I changed rooms a couple times. The amenities in each room were different, so that was weird (wash cloths, soap and so on in one room but not the other). The staff was beyond accommodating, polite, and incredibly informative. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. They were very helpful after and overnight flight to get us in our room upon arrival.

Tråkig omgivning och ganska lång promenad till centrum. Toaletten behöver nog uppdateras pår nittiotalets standard. I övrigt bra hotell med lätt att hitta parkering till bilen. Spa avdelningen var gättebra
