施設は綺麗ですが、改装工事がうるさい。 夜に挟みを、依頼するも、持参されず。 翌日に、再度依頼するも、持参されず。 3回目に、クレームを言うと、持っできました。 靴下の止め糸が取れず、困っていたのに、対応が悪すぎる。 海の見える部屋を予約したのに、端の部屋で、ベランダに出て、はじめて海が見える状況どす。 エスクペディアの予約サイトは詐欺ですか？

中国国内のホテルで、スタッフの対応を心配していましたが 一部不満がありましたが、全体的には満足できるレベルにありました。 朝のビュッフェは、品数もあり楽しかったのですが、中華レストランは、日本の中華とは、違いが大きいです。

英語を話せるスタッフが少ないですがみんな一生懸命対応してくれた印象。 近くにスーパーなどもあるのでゆっくり過ごすには最高です

ホテルの近くにスーパーや人気の飲食店があるので、とても便利だった。また、ホテルのプライベートビーチも綺麗で、プールやバーと隣接していて使いやすい。部屋の状態が良く、いつも綺麗に掃除されていたし、ベッドが最高によかったので部屋でゆったり過ごせた。

ホテルからの眺めも大変綺麗で、サービスも素晴らしかったです。ホテル内のの設備も充実しており、朝食のブュッフェも美味しかったです。また三亜に行く際は必ず利用したいと思います。

ホテルは非常にきれいです。　快適に過ごすことができました。　 プライベートビーチも海がきれいで中国のハワイと言われるだけあります。 フロント近くのバーも開放的な空間で夜にピアノの生演奏をやっていて、非常に雰囲気がいいです。 全体的に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

7/16から20まで滞在。ビーチ、プール共に家族が十分楽しめた。三亜でも亜龍湾は透明度も高く、家族も満足できたようです。 ホテルはマリオットらしいサービスで、気持ちよく過ごせました。レストランが今ひとつだったことが少々残念なところ。

忙しい日々から全く違う世界に来た感じでした。とてものんびりすることが出来ました。さすがマリオットホテルと感じました。ホテルの従業員も皆さんにこやかで気持ちが落ち着く空間でした。ホテル前のビーチも非常に整備されていて清潔でした。中国とは思えない感じです。朝食は金額はかなり高いと思いますがあの環境ならば仕方ないと思います。是非また利用したいです。

三亜湾に比べて、亜龍湾は水もきれいだし静かで快適です。なかでもマリオットはとても快適です。レストランも美味しく、中でも日本料理屋があることで助かりました。プライベートビーチではタオルの貸し出しもあるし、海でもプールでもゆっくり過ごせました。

亜龍湾ビューを楽しむなら最高の環境です。 ホテルのレストランに飽きた場合、歩いて２０分位の所に レストラン界があり便利です。 但し、ロビー階のバーは着席しても３０分位誰もオーダーに来ず、その後もウェイター・ウェイトレスは客席に気を配ることなく、酷いサービスでした。

WiFi connection strong. Hotel room neat and tidy. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Beach was clean. A few pools for people to choose from. Breakfast was not bad but too busy at peak times that the hotel is struggling to manage. Staff were mostly very friendly. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant but their champagne glasses had a toxic smell which is totally unacceptable.

리조트 시설은 최근 리모델링을 한듯하여 깔끔하고 좋아요. 다만 야롱완에서 시내가 많이 멀고, 리조트 안 부대시설이 딱히 많지 않아 다음 싼야 방문때는 대동해 쪽에서 묵으려고 힙니다.

We checked in and was given a room on the second floor but smoking was allowed on the floor but we were promised an uppgrade to a non smoking floor on the next day. Not really an upgrade only moving 2 floors up. The room was Ok but the breakfast area needs some TLC and staff knowledge of English was quite bad. The pool area which is quite big needs a complete renovation, a lot of things have been fixed by plastic padding. The food at the Japanese restaurant is good but you need to find the right waiter to fix the wine, the first night we got recomended a nice white from NZ and when we came back a few days later another waitress said they sold the last bottle so started looking for something else and a new waiter came and asked about the wine and he had another look and found another bottle. So you just need to find the right waiter. The Fish bar by the beach is nice for lunch and dinner and try the local shrimp ans fish. Also good service but sometime language challanges.

Got a good package deal with a really nice Japanese dinner included. Breakfast is good quality. Only thing was my "upgrade" that went to a higher level floor, but overlooking a maintenance area instead of the ocean view. Also had the AC machines ontop of my balcony who made a lot of noice.. I was already settled and unpacked when I noticed this unfortunately. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Beach is clean and I highly recommend this resort.
