The hotel is stunningly beautiful, our kids had a blast in the pool and on the slides, and we enjoyed relaxing outside in the evening. The grounds are beautiful as well!!

The hotel was very nice. The grounds in the back were well groomed and beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. We’ll stay here again.

Everything was very nice and clean

My family members and my immediate family have been staying at the Clubhouse since it opened. We use it as a place to convene when we fly in from overseas. It had been 2 years since we stayed here and our whole family agreed that this hotel has gone downhill. It certainly is not value for the price you pay. The staff at check-in were lovely and met our needs for a roll away bed and we really appreciate that. They also lit the fire for us so we could sit in at the fire pit which was lovely and much appreciated. The cons are the rooms are looking very tired. Shower had no water pressure, not clean- hair in bath and mold /mildew buildup. Floors looked like they needed a good vacuum under desk. Towels were frayed and thin. My sister’s room smelled awful and similar issues with worn, needed a good clean and her air conditioning did not work properly- kept shutting off. It was only one night so we didn’t complain. Probably the worst part of our experience was the very poor quality breakfast- nothing left at 8am on a Monday. The lady working there was extremely abrasive and unhelpful. No water. Very dried out food that needed changing. It was the worst we’ve seen in ages. Sioux Falls now has several other nice new options and we just had a great experience at a new hotel close by that was priced more reasonably and also clean and new. I’d look elsewhere- not our usual stay that we’d had for many years. Big disappointment!

The pool and hot tub were a hit. The fire pits were awesome. Bike trails too!!

This hotel was wonderful! My family road tripped across the country and we were so excited we booked this one! Johnny carinos is attached to the hotel and convenient. The pool was so fun for the kids. The laundry facility was convenient! The breakfast was great! The lady who serves and cooks it, really goes above and beyond! We appreciated it so much! What a beautiful place to stay! We bought s’mores kits and sat outside to roast. We saw fireflies! Beautiful memories made here ❤️

We accidentally left something behind in our room, and the hotel staff went out of their way to contact us about it. Truly outstanding service! It’s clear they prioritize their guests and take customer care seriously.

Over-priced. The room was very nice/clean but I would not pay the same amount to stay again. The pool had the potential to be great but the chlorine was so strong that it burned your eyes without even getting in the water. There were many children in the pool that were unsupervised and it felt chaotic and at times un-safe. Kids were going down the waterslide head first into 3 feet of water and not waiting for smaller kids to be out of the way at the bottom. Be aware, the pool deck was very slippery. The breakfast was what you’d expect at a very basic hotel, again this stay was significantly overpriced.

Highly recommend this hotel- excellent rooms and fun pool area of the kiddos. Outside patio was gorgeous with additional comfortable seating inside. Loved the free evening cookies!

Beautiful property, pool is perfect for kids. Fire pits were an awesome feature. Breakfast was average, but all other aspects made up for it!

This is a beautiful hotel. We were in a junior suite and it was a nice size room with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. My granddaughter liked making smores at the firepits. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious. The gym was large enough to feel fine with a half dozen people there. The staff went out of their way to be kind- even mailing back a left item to us free of charge.

We stayed here twice on our way through Sioux Falls to Rapid City and back, so twice within a week. We had issues both times. The room we received both times was different than what we thought we were getting. The names and pictures of the rooms varied between sites. We had a 2 year old with us and wanted a door separating the rooms and thought we reserved that but both times did not get that. Staff was very receptive and helpful when we talked to them about it and moved us to a different room one of the times. However when we got to that room the door wouldn’t lock and we had to wait for maintenance to come to fix it. One of the nights the fire alarm in the hallway went off followed by the one in our room at about 5:20am. Needless to say our toddler was up at that point and it was a long day of travel after that. No one mentioned it to us, apologized or anything. We asked what happened and it sounded like something happened in the kitchen. Pros were the pool was great for our toddler and the shades in the room are fantastic at blacking the room out. Not sure we would stay here again given all the issues we had.
