スタッフの対応が良かった!あとお部屋がかわいい。コテージのようになっています。食事も申し分ありません。あとはビーチの海藻の掃除をきちんとしてくれれば良かったと思います。

A beach was clean and the rice was also good. I think it's better to be able to taste European feeling at the exceptional price.

大変雰囲気もスタッフの質も良いホテルです。地元でも有名みたいです。近くにスーパーでもあればなお良いと思います。

いつも利用していますが本当に素敵なホテルです。 ハマメットで泊まるならここしかないです☆ 特にビーチへのアプローチやビーチ側のプールサイドは大好きです。 スタッフの対応もいつも気持ちがいいので毎回心地よく滞在しています。

普段の旅行ではあちこち出歩きたくなる私ですが、ここのホテルからは一歩も出歩きたくなりませんでした！ あまりに居心地がよすぎて、急遽2泊から3泊に延長しました。ビーチで海を眺めながらひたすらのんびりする、そんな贅沢な時間が過ごせます。スタッフもフレンドリーですよー。

何回泊まってもコスパもよく素敵なホテルです。時間の都合でいつも１泊しかしていませんが、次回は数泊してゆっくりと過ごしたいです☆

ハマメットに行くたびにここを利用していますが、いつ行っても素晴らしいです。人気があるので、予約が取れないこともしばしばあって他のホテルに滞在したこともありますが、やはりここが最高です！

去年とても居心地が良かったので2度目の滞在です。プールからの眺めも最高で、本当に素敵なホテルです。夜はプールサイドでくつろぎながらお酒を飲んだりして最高にリラックスできました☆次回も又ここに滞在したいです！

チュニジア人の友達にハマメットで泊まるならここ！って聞いて、利用しましたが、評判通り素敵なホテルでした。スパのマッサージも丁寧でとても良かったです。次回もまた利用したいです☆

Clean hotel and clean room. Charming hotel with very good staff

J’ai apprécié mon séjour mais je m’attendais à mieux … Sindbad reste une valeur sûre pour beaucoup de locaux. Par contre, malgré une réservation (pas donnée) mentionnant la présence d’un bébé (en bas de 1 an), on nous an mis dans une chambre au bout du monde, au deuxième étage sans escalier. Ce n’était pas du tout agréable de se rendre à la chambre. L’autre point négatif qui a eu raison de ma patience ce sont les parasols. Malgré les pancartes rappelant que ceux-ci sont en priorité pour les résidents, on s’est vus refusé l’usage prétendant qu’ils étaient réservés … alors qu’ils ny avaient ni pancarte ni serviette (même si celles ci étaient étalées sur quasi tous les transats alors que clairement personne ny était) … j’ai compris par la suite que c’était réservé pour “leurs amis” au cas où … après avoir fait l’aller retour de la plage pour essayer de trouver une place libre (elles étaient toutes vides mais supposément réservées) un bébé au bras sous un soleil de plomb, nous avons juste décidé d’ignorer les plagistes et prendre un spot (vide) … personne n’est venue réclamer cette place . Je trouve ça honteux vu le prix qu’on paie, on s’attend à un minimum de savoir vivre surtout avec un nouveau né … je tiens quand même à remercier le chauffeur de l’hôtel qui était très serviable.

Five stars hotel with only 5 stars PRICES I wanna give credit to the hotel employees who work very hard and are very helpful from the reception to the valet to the waiters ***** The room: gods size for a triplet , mold in the bathroom, shower door does not close you need to clean the water after every shower Small porch off the room with a table and two chairs overlooking a dead palm tree and tons of card boards Overall the hotel is in mediocre condition considering that it is a five stars. The beach is very small and crowded , the priority for the beach front chairs and umbrellas is not given to the hotel guests but to locals who come from the outside The funny thing is that sometimes those seats remain empty the whole day and we cannot use them The Spa : we wanted to make a reservation for Hammam we went up to the spa, we could hear few employee fighting and shouting at each other , my husband and I walked into the spa , the receptionist looked at us! Finished the fight with the other ladies then acknowledged our presence:) she was furious and asked us to check with Ramzi in the lobby !!!!! Overall I would give the property a Max of 3 stars not to underestimate the employees hard work The valet parking employees and extremely nice and helpful

Neat beach area with great eatery, infinity pool, and clean sea water. The property is is on an expansive lot so getting from one place to another takes some time. The gardens and landscaping are well maintained overall. The various restaurants provide decent food albeit a little expensive. On the down side it should be mentioned that signifiant portions of the property were under constructions so there was dust and debris that had to be navigated and the hotel and booking site did not disclose this at the time of booking.
