The staff is friendly. The loby is neat and clean.

ホテルというより学生寮という印象です。 部屋は清潔かつコンパクトで過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、暑い日は少々つらいかもしれません。 また、少しだけ人通りが少ない道に面しているので、夜道(23時ごろ)は少し緊張しました。

Very good for budget solo or stag friends travels. A few walks from Piccadilly station and pubs, easy to go to United or City matches. Not polished but clean and comfortable enough.

Toilet paper was not enough in stock in the room. Other condition is perfect, especiallly the location and price when I booked the day I stayed.

駅から徒歩5分、館内はまずまず新しく清潔。部屋はコンパクトながらよくレイアウトしてあり使いやすい。朝食は豪華で頼むべき。値頃感もあり、泊まるだけでよいならお勧め。

朝ごはんは英国風朝食をベースに提供されて大変良かった。部屋は清潔で期待以上だったけ。

治安も良くとても静かで、お部屋もシンプルて無駄がなかった

マンチェスター：ピカデリー駅の一番近い出口から徒歩10分ですが、私は初めてのピカデリー駅だったため、構内が広く、出口を間違え倍以上かかりました。部屋はそれなり、朝食込みプランでしたが、アメリカンタイプで、ボリュームもありました。

Amenities, bar and rooms need upgrades..bar closes at 9:30/10pm every night..very basic hotel

Room was clean but small. Very squeaky bed. Pillows were very flat. The door didn't block any sound so you heard every noise outside

So What started off as a nice experience. With the receptionist turned into not a very nice stay. We had to move the bed as we dropped something down the back of it and it was filthy I think it might have been dust or fluff. The plug sockets were not very accessible for charges. I had my laptop with me and was unable to charge due to the poor positioning of the plug sockets. We open the window as it was quite stuffy as we chose a small room, and when we went to close it it would not close. So we had to go all night with the window open. The heating was inadequate for the room. I’m here it is the grand finale the icing on the cake-we came to Manchester to go out so asked for a late checkout option. We paid £10 to have an extra hour in bed, an extra hour where we were not disturbed and gathered our thoughts ready for our drive home. Bang on 11 o’clock there was a bang on the door as if we were being raided by the police and somebody burst into the room. My wife was half dressed on the bed and I was getting out of the shower. We paid £10 to to not be disturbed and we were the noise from the cleaners cleaning the rooms also added to the problem. I think it’s utterly disgraceful but a male can enter a room with no warning after banging on the door so hard. Why didn’t you check the system to find out who had paid extra for that one hour of tranquilizer.
