The staff is friendly. The loby is neat and clean.

ホテルというより学生寮という印象です。 部屋は清潔かつコンパクトで過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、暑い日は少々つらいかもしれません。 また、少しだけ人通りが少ない道に面しているので、夜道(23時ごろ)は少し緊張しました。

Very good for budget solo or stag friends travels. A few walks from Piccadilly station and pubs, easy to go to United or City matches. Not polished but clean and comfortable enough.

Toilet paper was not enough in stock in the room. Other condition is perfect, especiallly the location and price when I booked the day I stayed.

駅から徒歩5分、館内はまずまず新しく清潔。部屋はコンパクトながらよくレイアウトしてあり使いやすい。朝食は豪華で頼むべき。値頃感もあり、泊まるだけでよいならお勧め。

朝ごはんは英国風朝食をベースに提供されて大変良かった。部屋は清潔で期待以上だったけ。

治安も良くとても静かで、お部屋もシンプルて無駄がなかった

マンチェスター：ピカデリー駅の一番近い出口から徒歩10分ですが、私は初めてのピカデリー駅だったため、構内が広く、出口を間違え倍以上かかりました。部屋はそれなり、朝食込みプランでしたが、アメリカンタイプで、ボリュームもありました。

A miserable experience in a delapidated hotel.

Fabulous location. Staff were all amazing, they were welcoming and polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good, hot food was all piping hot and scrambled eggs made to order Sue was a superstar and nothing was to much trouble she was so helpful and congratulated all that had taken part in manchester marathon and engaged in conversation with them as well as cracking on with her job. Rooms are not the most modern but had everything you need and were clean, tidy and restocked each day. If I'm ever in Manchester again I would definitely stay.

Room was good for a solo traveler, small but efficiently arranged, had everything one needs. I liked that the window opened for fresh air. Simple and tasteful decor.

Old rooms with need for updating Small Bed was comfortable but other than that it was run down and expensive for what you got

This was my third time at the property, first in 2022 some parts clearly hadn’t been cleaned since then. During the first night I needed to change rooms at 3am as there was some constant noise I couldn’t sleep through (I’m assuming it was the pipes?) I didn’t really sleep at all that night so had to argue to get a refund. The place is a good location but isn’t clean and is run down. It’s a shame as the staff are generally helpful and the breakfast is fantastic (especially for a budget place). There’s plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The shower water pressure is one of the best for hotels but the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. Sadly I won’t stay again unless the place is redeveloped.
