シャトルバスのレスポンスが少し悪いような気がしますが、それ以外は良いホテルです。

ワシントンダレス空港を使用されるのであれば無料シャトルで空港まで約10程度で安心で文句無し。広く清潔でコンドミニアム設備も完備。

Weekdayにレセプションがあり、とても良かった。

無料で朝食だけでなく夕食もついていました。簡単なものですが、他のホテル同様、朝食はパン、オートミール、スクランブルエッグ、ハム、ハンバーグ、ポテト、サラダ、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等と飲み物も数種類あります。夕食もサラダ、メインのチキンやソーセージ等とライスだったりと日替わりになります。バイキング形式なのでボリューム的には日本人にとっては十分かと思います。　無料の高速インターネットも完備です。　部屋はキッチンもついているし、朝食、夕食をお皿にとって部屋で食べるのも自由です。　キングサイズベッド1つの部屋を予約しましたが、ベッドは広いので2人でも十分寝られます。バスタブなしのタイプでしたがトイレとの間に仕切りがありました。洗面台も清潔でこのホテルのトレードマークのアヒル型に折られたタオルが置いてあったりくつろげるようにとの心遣いが感じられました。 Dulles空港からは無料のホテルのシャトルバスで通常空いていれば10分でつきます。空港から電話をすれば迎えに来てくれます。1階の２Ｈのバス停で、他のホテルのバスも全てここに迎えに来るようです。朝の通勤時は空港までは渋滞のため30分位はかかるようなので余裕をもって予約しておいた方がいいと思います。 少し気になったのは、宿泊したのが2月の雪の日で部屋に入るまで暖房がＯＦＦになっていて、なかなか部屋が温まらなかったこと。ＯＦＦになっている場合は少し時間がかかるようですが、一度温度がある程度まで上がると十分で、77℃（F）で寝ると夜中に汗をかきました。 部屋は広く、私は元々音があまり気にならない方ですが、壁は少し薄いようで隣の物音が聞こえました。話し声は聞こえません。 私は英語があまり話せず電話をした際もうまく通じていない部分もありましたが、話せる友達がいたのと、フロントの方は私の英語でも快く迎えてくれましたが、ある程度の会話力か話せる人は必要だと思いました。　

King Bed + 2 Queen Bedsの部屋を予約したが、チェックインすると2Queen＋ソファベッドでした。フロントに間違いではないかと確認するも、「ホテルの責任ではない。」と聞き入れて貰えなかった。場所は不便だが値段の割りにベッドが大きいので、予約したのだったが、・・・。がっかり。

Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Love the outdoor pool and breakfast selection was great

This is terrible stay at the hotel, Management, Room Services, Breakfast is too worst , Worst experience staying at this hotel, even we try to request Expedia to cancel and refund the money but it did not happen. We choose Expedia choose which is not correct.

Decent digs. Good night sleep. Great breakfast. Only thing I wish wasn't so scarce were the luggage carts. Never found one.

The hotel was pretty decent , continental breakfast is pretty good .. but it was the same food every day .. overall me and my family we satisfy

Terrible service.

No desk agent - had to walk over to embassy suites - told them I accidentally made the reservation for a week out and I needed to cancel the one a week out and book a new one for that night, still no cancellation of the accidental booking and no response from the hotel - when you call the front desk it just rings and rings and rings no matter if you call the embassy suites or the Homewood suites - I will say the women who checked me in was incredibly nice and kind but I am very disappointed my reservation cancellation wasn’t handled

Connected to the embassy suites. The Homewood is very dog friendly. Many dogs there.

Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The property was very nice. Great value for the price. The suite was more than what I could have asked for. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great location!

Upon entering hotel, no one was at the front desk and we had to wait. Once in the room we discovered there were no towels in the bathroom which required another lengthy trip to the front desk. Once again no one was at the front desk. A sign directed us to walk down to the connecting hotel for assistance.

Anytime we travel we always look for bedbugs because we know how common it is to get them and very glad that we do as we found one (dead) in the pull out sofa bed. Explained to front desk and they quickly gave us a new room. The new room was bug free (I hope anyway) but it was not the cleanest. It had built up dirt and oil on the surfaces. There were no extra bedding for the pull out couch so we called down for it but it was never brought up so had to physically walk down to it. The TV just randomly stopped playing the ONE Channel we were trying to watch. It wasnt all bad as the breakfast was good and parking was not an issue at all. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel

Im not sure why there are negative reviews about this hotel. I can only share my 2 day stay here and it was very nice. Any staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. Check in was easy. The lobby and halls and elevator were very clean and refreshed. My studio room (302)was clean and had everything you needed. Yes, there were some minor maintenance issues and scuffs on the furniture and walls but far from bothersome. My only minor complaint was it was time for new bedding. The duvet coverlette thing had a lot of pulls and strings hanging from it and the mattress was not terrible, just not the most comfortable. Oh, and parking fee was refunded at check out so no big deal. All in all, a very nice stay. Oh, also, maybe think about keeping coffee available after 10am. ☕️

Really nice room setup, living room w sofa, chairs and coffee table, dining table by kitchenette, nice bathroom w closet, comfy bed.
