お風呂の栓を開けるコックの反応が悪かった。 ドライヤーは長く使うと、持つ所が熱くなる。 それ以外はサービスも良く、とても素晴らしいホテルです。また泊まりたい。

景色だけは素晴らしい。 街までのシャトルバスがある点がよい。 他はひどいです。 従業員の対応、うそつきばかりです。バスタブの配管から汚いゴミが浮き出てくるため部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、明日の朝変更するといい、実際次の日になると従業員が変わっており、私はきのういないから知らないと一点張りでした。 従業員が少なすぎて、レストランの対応も雑、ホスピタリティが全体的にありません。

アマルフィの街からホテルのシャトルバスで15分くらいかかりますがSITAの路線バスも利用でき両方合わせれば30分に一本くらいの頻度であり特に不自由は感じませんでした。 ホテルは清潔でプール、ロビー、ベランダなどでゆっくり滞在するには最高です。部屋からの景色も素晴らしいです。 スタッフの対応は満足のいくものでした。

快適でした。シャトルバスが一回事故でこないことがあった他は問題なしです。食事も美味しい。

ホテルは清潔。 高台にあり、海を見下ろせるが、街は緑を挟んでやや遠くに見える。 街との行き来はシャトルバスで15分程度。 本数は十分多いが、混雑時は立つ場合も。 ポジターノの方が活気があり、ホテルも家も密集しているので、明るい夜景が見えそう。

アマルフィの街へは、無料送迎バス及びSITAバスを使えば快適でした。ホテルのビーチへも街へ行くバスが経由してくれて快適でした。ランチもホテル内にあり、味も景色も良かったです。朝食も同様に景色も内容も満足です。また泊まりたいホテルになりました。

ホテルからの海の景色は最高で、ホテルのスタッフは みなフレンドリーでいい感じでした。 海を見ながらのホテルのビュッフェスタイルの朝食は とても素敵でした。 部屋値段の割にはせまく、ベッドも小さかった。 特筆すべきはその立地です。高台に位置しているため、歩いてアマルフィの中心部に行くのはまず不可能。ホテルと中心部を結ぶ市営バスとホテルバスがでていましたが、どちらも時間はいい加減で、あまり便数もなく、またホテルの近くに食事をするところはあるものの１５分くらいさらに高台にいったところに数件のレストランがある程度でした。アマルフィの中心部に行くのにとても不便でタクシーはあるにはあるのですが、法外な値段をとるので乗れませんでした。 ホテルからでずレンタカーで旅する人にはいいとこだと思いますが、色々行動したい人にはお勧めしません。 私たちはカプリ島に行く船に乗るためバスをまっていたのですが、まてど暮らせどバスがこず、あやうく船に遅れそうになったのでヒッチハイクをしておじさんに港まで連れていってもらいました。今となってはいい思い出ですが、スーツケースをもってあのホテルに泊まるのはかなり体力がいりますし、バスの時間に左右されるので時間が有効的に使えないように思います。でもアマルフィはとてもすてきなところですのでぜひ行ってくださいね！！ｐｓ物価は結構思っていたより高かったです。

It took me a while to find a hotel with all the things you need while staying in Amalfi. This hotel’s view is a million dollar view! They have a shuttle to take to the city center/private beach all day long and to pick you up from the city center/pool. Make sure to schedule ahead as they can get booked. The pool is gorgeous and the staff is extra friendly, professional and accommodating. They are helpful and very courteous. Highly recommend. Amalfi stays can require lots of steps and very inconvenient for your luggage. This hotel solves it all!

This is not the first time we have stayed there. This will be the second time. We're also going to be going back again in the near future. We've stayed in many places on the Amalfi coast and this one Works the best for us. You just can't beat the view!! It's situated perfectly! This hotel is located on the top of the mountain in Amafi. The hotel has shuttle busses from the bottom to the top that run approximately every half hour to 45 minutes. They also stop their own private beach included and they also have snacks and a bar on the water. The staff is accommodating and courteous at all times. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Their is a Custom Bio design lagoon style pool. Perfect For lounging around all day until you want to their own private beach beach. The beach and shuttles are included so you don't have to worry about paying for chairs on the beach club. They also have an amazing cave at the pool with a bar and lounge area to keep you cool on the hottest days. Almost forgot the breakfast was included in the stay witch was also great. Hands down probably the best hotel for the dollar on Amafi Coast. I'm sure you're gonna enjoy your stay. Frank and Donna

The hotel is as described. Perched on a hillside with a stunning view of Amalfi coastline. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Well maintained property. FYI: ask for the free hotel shuttle from the ferry station when booking, be ready to pay €70-90 to get up the hill to the hotel.

We loved our stay here! The shuttle was the most helpful part that brought you to either the beach or the city center, very easy to use. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! The view at breakfast was unreal and cave bar was such a cool place to have a drink in. I would def stay here again!

My husband and I stayed four nights here in a standard room. Some of the pros were the view, free breakfast, and the pool. However, the bed was very uncomfortable which made it very hard to sleep, the walls in the hotel room are so thin you can hear every conversation your neighbors are having, we heard someone phone alarm go off every day at 7am, the free shuttle was nice if you booked early otherwise the time slots fill up fast and the time slots are very limited, one time slot we pre booked for when we went outside to get on the shuttle they allowed guests who didn’t have a reservation on, leaving my husband and I to squeeze into one seat which felt very unsafe especially how dangerous the roads are and when we asked the staff about it there got annoyed and said you are just going to have to squeeze in this time. The restaurant and food at the hotel was very expensive, 14 euro for a canned beer from the fridge inside the hotel room and if you order room service they charge you 20 euro fee. If I went back to Amalfi I would stay some place else, this wasn’t worth the money.

Fantastisk udsigt- meget venligt personale. God morgenmad, god mad i restauranten. Shuttleservice til byen er super og uundværligt. Meget lydt mellem værelserne, man kan høre alt.. Trods dejligt sommervejr var poolbar og privat strand ikke åbent, lidt ærgerligt.

Beautiful room with incredible views throughout the hotel. Shuttle was easy to navigate and the beach was wonderful to have access to. Highly recommend

The staff was discriminating and ask my fiancée our room number during breakfast as if we didn’t belong, breakfast staff named Camila. Also the room TV does not have any channels for movies in English, so we didn’t watch any tv at all. That made our stay awful as well

Staff was extremely helpful and understanding. Views were immaculate, room and bathroom were clean and nice. Only suggestion - read into the shuttle and book it for when you arrive to Amalfi, and reserve it and plan your ferry leaving ~60 minutes after you take the shuttle down (do this before you arrive). It's about a 40 minute walk down to sea-level and a grueling walk up if you're stupid like me and don't book the shuttle before you arrive, can't figure out a bus and were tight on time for my next attraction. Once you're at the hotel you'll feel settled because the staff has bus tickets, helpful advice on timelines and were just overall really helpful and kind.

While it’s not in walking distance of Amalfi central, they provide a shuttle, and it was worth it for the amazing views and to have some peace and quiet in the evenings.
