お風呂の栓を開けるコックの反応が悪かった。 ドライヤーは長く使うと、持つ所が熱くなる。 それ以外はサービスも良く、とても素晴らしいホテルです。また泊まりたい。

景色だけは素晴らしい。 街までのシャトルバスがある点がよい。 他はひどいです。 従業員の対応、うそつきばかりです。バスタブの配管から汚いゴミが浮き出てくるため部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、明日の朝変更するといい、実際次の日になると従業員が変わっており、私はきのういないから知らないと一点張りでした。 従業員が少なすぎて、レストランの対応も雑、ホスピタリティが全体的にありません。

アマルフィの街からホテルのシャトルバスで15分くらいかかりますがSITAの路線バスも利用でき両方合わせれば30分に一本くらいの頻度であり特に不自由は感じませんでした。 ホテルは清潔でプール、ロビー、ベランダなどでゆっくり滞在するには最高です。部屋からの景色も素晴らしいです。 スタッフの対応は満足のいくものでした。

快適でした。シャトルバスが一回事故でこないことがあった他は問題なしです。食事も美味しい。

ホテルは清潔。 高台にあり、海を見下ろせるが、街は緑を挟んでやや遠くに見える。 街との行き来はシャトルバスで15分程度。 本数は十分多いが、混雑時は立つ場合も。 ポジターノの方が活気があり、ホテルも家も密集しているので、明るい夜景が見えそう。

アマルフィの街へは、無料送迎バス及びSITAバスを使えば快適でした。ホテルのビーチへも街へ行くバスが経由してくれて快適でした。ランチもホテル内にあり、味も景色も良かったです。朝食も同様に景色も内容も満足です。また泊まりたいホテルになりました。

ホテルからの海の景色は最高で、ホテルのスタッフは みなフレンドリーでいい感じでした。 海を見ながらのホテルのビュッフェスタイルの朝食は とても素敵でした。 部屋値段の割にはせまく、ベッドも小さかった。 特筆すべきはその立地です。高台に位置しているため、歩いてアマルフィの中心部に行くのはまず不可能。ホテルと中心部を結ぶ市営バスとホテルバスがでていましたが、どちらも時間はいい加減で、あまり便数もなく、またホテルの近くに食事をするところはあるものの１５分くらいさらに高台にいったところに数件のレストランがある程度でした。アマルフィの中心部に行くのにとても不便でタクシーはあるにはあるのですが、法外な値段をとるので乗れませんでした。 ホテルからでずレンタカーで旅する人にはいいとこだと思いますが、色々行動したい人にはお勧めしません。 私たちはカプリ島に行く船に乗るためバスをまっていたのですが、まてど暮らせどバスがこず、あやうく船に遅れそうになったのでヒッチハイクをしておじさんに港まで連れていってもらいました。今となってはいい思い出ですが、スーツケースをもってあのホテルに泊まるのはかなり体力がいりますし、バスの時間に左右されるので時間が有効的に使えないように思います。でもアマルフィはとてもすてきなところですのでぜひ行ってくださいね！！ｐｓ物価は結構思っていたより高かったです。

Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super.

Property is beautiful! Staff is friendly! View is spectacular. Great escape from the crazy town. Lights in BR not working and we asked to fix and they never did. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were not soft at all. The front desk said they could bring a pad but never did and never followed up either. We paid for the “ Premium” room and you only get 2 waters with the room and no ice! A glass of ice is $5 . The bar was even instructed to not give it out without paying . If someone pays almost $500 per night I don’t expect to pay for a cup of ice. The staff in dining room and the van drivers were super nice and friendly and helpful. Overall beautiful hotel but needs to work on service and amenities for the price they charge. Not the service for what they charge.

Amazing hotel! Staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond the norm. Breakfast was extraordinary and delicious. Shuttle was kind, timely and priceless. View is indescribably beautiful. No other hotel compares to this one. Would stay again. The best choice in Amalfi!

Our room was clean, easy to book shuttle to and from the city but would advise to be on it if you want specific times because they do book up pretty fast. The shuttle is on time but can easily be missed if it’s super packed at the bus station and you can’t see. Every member of the staff we came across was extremely kind. Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved hanging out on our balcony. The breakfast buffet was a plus! They have a steamer you can use for free which was great because all of our clothes became wrinkled while being stuffed in a suitcase every few days. If we ever come back to Amalfi, this is where we will stay.

The location is so beautiful. It is one of the best hotel locations I have been too. The room is clean but simple. The A/C was not strong. Thankfully, it was not so hot, so we could leave the balcony door open for air circulation. The staff was all good and kind, but I just do not understand why they would not allow me and my husband to eat dessert from town in their open bar area which was practically empty. That was the only disappointment.

It was a pleasure meeting everyone at Excelsior in AMALFI. We really enjoyed the great views from our hotel , the beautiful path ( with lots of stairs) that we used for getting to the marina ( no need to get a gim membership 😊) and mostly the friendliness of all employees plus all the great food that we tried. Superbe vue et chambres. Dommage la piscine était fermée au 20 avril. Seul regret la navette de l'hotel trop rare et pleine le soir ce qui oblige à attendre jusqu'à 2h sur le port d'amalfi pour remonter à l'hotel.

Spectacular views of the Amalfi town from terrace in your room is one of the highlights of our stay in Amalfi .Free shuttle to town center is always on time. But the best was the impeccable service provided by the Argentinian trio of Martin, Florencia and Brenda. Always giving top notch service with a big smile. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Outstanding views. Very quiet and restful. Very attentive service. Helpful and pleasant staff. Shuttle service worked well both ways. Breakfast buffet was decent… their coffee was excellent! Cleaning was thorough.. the place actually sparkled. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.

The staff was very nice and the views spectacular. The rooms could use a little update and you could hear everything next door. Overall was a good experience.
