部屋キレイ、広い、無駄にポーターが部屋までついてこない、朝食も充実。施設的にはほぼ言うことなし。 チェックイン時にエアコンが効き過ぎてたのと、これは仕方のない事だが、強いて言うならもう少し駅に近ければ尚良かった。ただ、十分に徒歩圏内であり、それ程問題にはならない。

This hotel is located the area where there are many new hotels, and maybe the area is a kind of urban development district, so it will be a very interesting place to find out how Lisbon will change in the future. The service of hotel employees is also in the way of developing, and I look forward to the future in various meanings.

I stayed for 4 nights. The location was not close to downtown, however it was easy to take a taxi or subway. Breakfast was very nice. I want to stay this hotel again, if I will have a chance.

客室は広くて清潔、バスタブ・洗濯ロープあり便利でした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。冷蔵庫はありますがケトルはありません。リクエストすれば持ってきてもらえるようです。レストランで夕食ブッフェ・朝食ブッフェを利用しましたが夕食は口に合いませんでした。

観光地でスリ被害に遭いました、 付かず離れず付いてくる人には注意しましょう 警戒していたのにやられて口惜しくて仕方ありません

I stayed four nights to attend a conference at the university located within ten minutes walk. Two metro stations are also within ten minutes walk, and there is a department store at one of the metro station. Will stay again.

地下鉄の駅からは坂がありやや遠い。また、周りに何もなく、街の中心部からも離れています。部屋は広く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもあります。ただ、カーペットの汚れや水回りに古さを感じます。傾斜地に立っているので、地下３階の駐車場から出れば、駅に少し近道していけます。 次にリスボンに来たら、おそらく違うホテルを選ぶと思います。

メトロおよびバス乗り場から約5分の立地にあり、行動の拠点として利用できます。また市内観光のバス停が徒歩約2分にあり、便利です。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 朝食のビュッフェはパン・ハム・チーズの種類が豊富でした。ただし、野菜はないので物足りなく感じました。

Really nice property, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was incredible with many options. It is also nearby a large/famed shopping center, as well as several bus stops/metro stations.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Struttura molto carina con camere ampie e comode ma un pochino rumorosa per gli aerei che passano di continuo (poi di notte tardi non si sentono molto ma si sente rumore di lavatrice che va avanti fino alle 3 di notte). Lavandino del bagno intasato. Colazione in sala grande con varietà di colazione, migliorabile sia la colazione che il servizio. Servizio bar non ci è piaciuto in quanto non eseguono tutti i cocktail richiesti ed i classici che siamo stati costretti ad ordinare erano carissimi, ovvero per uno spritz e un moscow mule abbiamo pagato 36€ che sono davvero esagerati e nemmeno sto granché. Abbiamo atteso per la camera oltre l'orario prestabilito e per questo abbiamo deciso di bere qualcosa nell'attesa, il chè non è stato il massimo in quanto oltre alle bevande costosissime è arrivata una ragazza dalla reception a consegnarci la chiave senza dare spiegazioni su nulla: ne sul piano della camera, ne sull'orario della colazione ne del wifi ecc cose che solitamente vengono dette All'arrivo però ci hanno fatto pagare immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno nonostante avevamo appena messo piede e la stanza non era pronta. Altra nota negativa è stata che ci hanno chiamato la sera prima dicendoci che dovevamo fare il check out (cosa ovviamente non corretta in quanto avevamo l'ultima notte da fare). Nota positiva e molto gradita da parte di Sara che ci ha organizzato una sorpresa in camera all'arrivo per la nostra luna di miele. È stata molto gentile e cordiale. Grazie

Saubere Räume, täglich gereinigt. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück. Das Hotel hat ein edles Design. Lediglich die Aussicht ist nicht so besonders, dafür gut an die Metro angebunden, Zentrum mit Uber günstig zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Really good, exactly what it says it will be. Big fan of popcorn machine 😂

House keeping was not perfect, every time they cleaned the room they forgot something, one day they forgot to clean the water glasses, another day forgot to refill the toilet papers and napkins, the third day they took the dorty spoon and didn't bring another one instead, they never brought new water bottles once the ones we had finished!

I was there for my birthday with the whole family. Thanks to all for contributing to render those days special. They were so kind to leave in our room cake and wine to celebrate!

The hotel was nice but a bit far from the city centre!
