Excellent hotel!!! We stayed there 2 weekends in a row as it was the midway point between our home and our destination. The rooms are so spacious and very clean! The staff is honestly some of the best I have EVER seen in a hotel. They are so friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. The second stay we got the room with 2 queens and a pull out a couch which made 3 beds in one room - a family of 5’s hotel dream come true 😆 The courtyard outside was a nice addition for 3 young kids who had been trapped in the car for 12 hours that day and the little bistro in the lobby was super convenient and delicious! Would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly

No restaurant in hotel. Just a bistro with little options. Felt unsafe walking alone in the evening.

Room was great - facility very clean and the front desk clerk was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating. The area around was a little rough but did offer lots of restaurants and things to do. You park in a parking garage behind the hotel which is fairly common for downtown hotels but not the most convenient for people with a lot of luggage - especially people with several small children and their luggage also in tow. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again.

The desk agent was lovely. Rachel was accommodating and very patient. I had made a reservation for my colleague Elliot, and there were issues with the original flight and connecting flight from Florida to Arkansas. I spoke with her several times within a 2-hour time span. She was kind, patient, and very empathetic, demonstrated true customer care, she was next level. Thank you, Rachel

When they say breakfast is available, they don’t mean free. The pipes sometimes sounded like jack hammers when showering. Parking was in a garage next door. Other than that, the staff was nice and everything was clean.

It’s a convenient hotel on the Rivermarket

Experience was horrible stayed there for my Birthday to start out the room I requested I was told wasnt available was after I clearly seen them give out rooms on 6th floor and elevators werent working so we had to walk from the 5th floor parking all the way around the building to front door that was ridiculous

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Clean!!

Parking is in a garage not attached to the property, lot of homeless in the area, first room we checked into had soaking wet carpet. We were able to move rooms thankfully. No trash bags in the rooms and the shower made a very loud noise in the pipes. No pool either. Wouldn’t stay here with my two young children again.

Nice hotel good price and location

Great hotel and room was cozy and clean. The only drawback was the noise level on the street outside. We were on the third floor and could hear partying and engines reving late into the night. I would take this into consideration before booking here again. However we love Marriott Courtyards! Also all the elevators leading from the parking garage to the hotel were broken when we got back Friday night. One was working Saturday morning when we checked out.

Comfortable room. Very clean. Easy access to downtown

The only thing that I was disappointed about is the rooms not having a microwave or having the full sized mirror in the bathroom instead of the room. Other than that everything was great. Oh and a small continental breakfast would be great too😂😂😂😂
