ホテル内は明るく清潔感のあるインテリアです。 キッチンのついた３階の禁煙１BEDルームに宿泊しました。 部屋内にはテレビが2台もあり嬉しかったです。 残念なのは食器に一部欠けているものがあったのとゴキブリを１匹発見してしまったことです。。 ランドリールームが有るか無いか分からなかった。 ホテルのフロントの方や客室清掃の従業員もフレンドリーで親切でした。 次もマイアミでこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

Om man vill vara på South Beach så är detta hotell bra. Gång avstånd till beachen och till gågatan.

Hotel très bien placé. Belle chambre spacieuse, pratique et bien equipée. Le personnel a la réception est très gentil et à l'écoute. Le jeune homme qui s'occupe des bagages et autres petites courses aussi. Seules les femmes de ménage sont désagréables et peu avenantes. Je recommande vivement cet hotel. Petit bémol sur le nettoyage fait tous les 4 jours environ.

Nice apartment, very good location, but self serve all the way

When me and my husband arrived at 1030, they told us that they did not have a room availabl which was kind of crazy. Because we booked our room in February. The lady at the front desk. Her name was Cassie. She was so sweet, she worked. It took her a minute, but she got us together. We ended up getting a nice room. Thank you, Cassie.

No parking and they charge over $50 a day for valet parking

Having a kitchenette is a plus

The staff were wonderful. The property was okay - but i guess buildings are older in South beach. The location was great. We got a corner window room that have the beach view, so it is pretty nice. Check in was a little tough, as the check in is in one of the three Hilton properties. While they are next to each other. Manager should post the check in address at the door, not at the coffee station inside the building - (if you have not checked in, you can't see that). For people that came to south beach and stay at Cresent for the first time, it can be a little worry some. I would stay at this property again, if i go to South Beach again.

Not well maintained and run down. It’s not worth the money to stay there. I’m somewhat surprised Hilton would associate their name and brand to this building.

This is a great location that has lots of walking and running paths as well as bicycles that you can rent and is right next to the beach. There are lots of dining and shopping options all within a walking distance.

This hotel was a great deal for us as it is right on the art deco ocean drive area and next to the beach. Kids slept on sofa bed and we had the bedroom. Worked really well. Location unbeatable. Service very good!

They under construction. Includind the elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor. This is not communicated until after booking a non refundable reservation

I loved my ocean view hotel! However, after the shower I walked to the living room and my husband was sleeping when someone was knocking on our door as of though they gonna open on our door. Therefore, my husband asked who is it on our door and they said maintenance then he went away. I told the guy and lady at front office and I told what happened but they didn’t nothing. I thought you should cameras in the hotel and who was on my door.
