部屋の床が傾いていました。ありえない！

The hotel itself is very old, probably same as others near here but the location was excellent to go around city center, ferry terminal and Scotrail station. In addition, I would like to say that hotel staffs were also very friendly and kind.

Had a great 2 night stay. Reception staff very helpful and so pleasant. Breakfast on both mornings had a good selection of cooked items. The bar lounge does good food and a Sunday roast. Very central to everything. Definitely good value for money and will stay there my next visit.

The room was a wee bit dated but spotless , staff were lovely 😍. We enjoyed our stay.

There is good and bad with this hotel, room was at an actual 5% slant , check in was great and staff in bar / restaurant where superb. But out of 3 days I also had 3 fire alarms going off. And squeaky floor boards on both mine which must have annoyed them below as the noise from floor boards above me caused me.

Unfortunately I got what I paid for in terms of the room size, I will know better next time.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating

The hotel is very well situated in heart of town. We booked a superior double room, which advertises as one double bed in a room, we were given, what I think was a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The hotel room was clean and beds comfortable albeit very dated. The hotel, is in need of an overhaul - dated, painting and carpets replaced. The landing at our room had two mop buckets collecting water from a leaking roof! I would like to add that the staff are very nice and friendly

Really nice stay in hotel. Maybe it was a bit tired hotel so to speak but it was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly, food was great and there was a really nice and relaxing bar and I was especially pleased that the hotel allowed dogs as my sister and her husband were there with the dogs and enjoyed the friendly bar area

Lovely hotel we stay every year for The Diver’s Convention! Clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff! We’ll see you again in 2026

Rooms vey clean staff were great

Wonderful room, absolutely spotlessly clean. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect for Oban town. Carpark is a bit awkward but usable, but there is additional parking within a few minutes walk. Breakfast depending on how busy hotel is you get buffet or table sevi both of which gave you a great start to the day.

Staff are friendly

Staff excellent, food excellent. I had a single room which was very dated, radiator in bedroom kept it warm. I couldnt stay until the Monday as the bathroom was tiny with walk-in shower, tiles broken on floor and so cold - it was like an ice box, i came home on Sunday instead of the Monday. I have come home with a cold

Easy check-in, got space in car park, friendly staff, clean room - great cheap stay overnight to catch ferry in morning. Would recommend and use again 👍

Courteous guy on reception - clean and warm room

We had fantastic views from the room. Central location. Warm welcome. Comfortable room.

The room was clean and serviced every day. Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the one dinner I had in the bar/restaurant was very nice. Great location as well.
