近くに動物園がありすごい樹齢の大きい木がありました。セキュリティの良いホテルで最初ジュニアスイートを予約したのに、案内された部屋はごく普通！ホテルマンに尋ねたらフロントに問い合わせしてもらい部屋を変えて頂き素敵な部屋に行きました。快適に三日間過ごせました。

日本語が通じないけど、親切に対応して頂いた。ありがとうございます。部屋が寝室とリビングとあり広々と使わせていただきました！お風呂の排水が出来なかったのが焦りました。外国ではこんな感じなのかな？日本と比較したらウォシュレットもない国なのでお尻拭きとか必要ですね！次回は持参します！

Mon séjour au Golden Tulip El Mechtel (Tunis) a été une succession de déceptions. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement pour les raisons suivantes : Hygiène et Sécurité (Le choc) Le point le plus inacceptable : l'état de la piscine. J'y ai trouvé un oiseau mort (un corbeau) flottant dans l'eau. C'est non seulement répugnant, mais aussi un risque sanitaire majeur. Cela prouve un manque total d'entretien et de surveillance des infrastructures. Ambiance et Parties Communes L'atmosphère générale est oppressante. Les couloirs sont sombres et dégagent une odeur désagréable persistante. On ne se sent pas du tout dans un hôtel de ce standing, mais plutôt dans un endroit mal entretenu. Service et Personnel Le personnel est tout simplement incompétent. Non seulement ils sont peu accueillants, mais ils se montrent également envahissants, ce qui est très inconfortable. Le service client est d'une lenteur exaspérante : • Nous étions trois occupants, mais la chambre n'était préparée que pour deux (seulement deux serviettes). • Il a fallu insister et attendre plus d'une heure pour obtenir une malheureuse troisième serviette. Tout est "compliqué" avec eux. Le seul point "positif" La chambre en elle-même était propre, mais cela ne compense en rien l'expérience globale désastreuse et le manque d'hygiène des parties communes. Conclusion : Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Entre le corbeau mort dans la piscine et le personnel désagréable, passez votre chemin !

The room was very nice, bed was quite comfortable slept fantastic. Visually esthetically pleasing to the eyes. Clean and didn't smell. Bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. Room Temperature was terrible however and quite warm as Air Conditioner was not working. I had set the controller to 16.5° Cold setting on maximum fan speed, window closed yet it did not cool the room in the slightest. It remained at "room temp 24.5" our entire stay. breakfast buffet was quite nice. many options to choose from, nothing tasted bland either. many drink choices as well. staff were fairly friendly and were helpful whenever asked a question, check in was simple mostly though having to fill out a career questionaire was a little odd. Stay at the room was quiet, no loud noises. if I ever return to tunisia might have to come back here for my hotel choice long as the air conditioner works next time. There is a bar hang out down stairs and a pool, pool is shallow to around 7ft deep. Small pool though. Rooms allow smoking, as had a ashtray. Couch is comfortable, though a firm foam. Unless youre a couple or solo shower warning: the outer wall of the bathroom is transparent glass so you can see into the shower from the bedroom if standing near the glass. Cleanliness: 5☆ Food options: 5☆ Room temperature: 1☆ Bed Comfort: 5☆ Bathroom/Shower: 5☆ Quietness: 5☆ View is okay. No balcony. Fix the AC and it's a near 5☆ experience.

The Bath needs some reparature, but ok. Stuff was super ok!
