Same as the other hotels, the rooms have large glass windows. Due to it, I felt cold in the morning. Therewise, everything is excellent for me.

Convenaient location.Just next to a tram station

近くの部屋で大音量で音楽を流していまする人たちがいたが、部屋の防音性が高いようでドアを閉めたら全然聞こえなくなった。 朝食は市内の同価格ホテルに比べると見劣りするが、空港から徒歩5-10分程度でショッピングモールが直ぐ側という利便性は大きい。1日、2日の滞在であれば十分であると思う。

The room was nothing special but the location is excellent and the front desk staff was well trained.

Ei vastannut odotuksia. Pieni kapea suihku. TV melko pieni ja sijoitettu oudosti huoneen nurkkaan että suoraan sängystä epämukava katsoa. Sänky oli ihana mutta muuten aika basic hotelli. Alue huono jos haluaa tallinaan keskustaa nähdä, kävelymatka pitkä eikä oikein mitään katsomista. Ostoskeskus vieressä on erittäin hyvä. Hotellia voisin suositella vain jos on menossa lentokentälle. Tähän hintaan odotan kyllä paljon enemmän hotellilta.

Very comfortable and clean room and hotel. Everything was as advertised. Perhaps the hotel could add some more precise directions from the airport. Although it s very close, after a late flight it was hard to see/find the hotel.

We had an early flight from Tallinn, and the location was great. Easy walk to the airport.

Good location within walking distance to airport

All good, except that operating the room airconditioner temperature was not clear.

Godt hotel i gåafstand fra lufthavnen. Bus til centrum uden for døren. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Glimrende morgenbuffet. God bar. Man spiser godt i restauranten. Gode værelser. Lidt koldt i spise-og barområde.

The hotel has extremely good location if you need to fly out early from Tallinn airport. However without AC in the room with windows that do not open, sleeping in 26C/80F is almost impossible.

Great clean and modern hotel and within walking distance to the terminal, if the weather is OK. We used Bolt because it was raining and cold, and it was very fast. The restaurant is good also.

Nice modern hotel in good location next to the airport with good bus link into town centre. Breakfast is very good. My only complaint was that the room was way too hot. No way to open windows and we were told that the air conditioning had broken and wouldn’t be fixed for a few weeks. They did offer a fan for the room which helped, but it’s a shame because it spoiled an otherwise good stay.

We had booked a room at Mercure hotel Tallinn airport and when we arrived they said that their system had overbooked hotel. So we had to go by taxi for 11 min and live on another hotel that was half the price of the room we had booked. The compensation? That paid the taxi…Really not ok! That’s fine you might think if it happens once, but we talked to the taxi driver and that’s not the first time they did that. So if you want to be sure you have a hotelroom for the night, we would suggest you to book another hotel.
