素晴らしいレセプションのサービスとメンテナンスがされたリゾートホテルです。到着が０８：３０ＡＭと早かったのですが、無料朝食のサービス券を頂き部屋が準備できるまでプールサイドのレストランで朝食を取りながら待ち１１；００にチェックインができました。また部屋の日当たりと眺望が良くなかったので、オーションビューをお願いした所、気持ちよく変更対応をしてくれました（追加料金要）。部屋より海が見え、非常にリラックスした滞在になりました。街の中心よりは離れていますが静かな場所にあり徒歩圏内にショッピングモール、レストランもありますので問題ないです。インターネットは１日２０€、１週間３０€で部屋、プールサイドなどホテル内ではどこでも使用できました。是非、再度利用したいと思います。

we came here with our rental car. It was parked during our stay in the hotel garage. The concierge took it out, whenever we needed it. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is kind, very helpful and always willing to assist. There are 2 (outdoor) pools with enough sunbeds. But you can also go outside onto the beach with nearly black sand (it's a 5 minutes walk at the promenade). The breakfast is very rich and well presented. You have the coice for sitting inside or outside. We had a suite at the 4th floor and a beautiful view aver the area and onto the sea. Roomcleaning was regularly and sufficient. We did not use the SPA-area, unless we have got a voucher for a discount. But we did some Paddel-play in the sports-area. Of course there are possibilities for booking a tour or get a rental car at the hotel. For dinner you have the option to visit one of the in-house restaurants or try the ones in the vicinity. Both options are worth a check. All over all we liked the stay here very much and would highly recommend a visit at Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort

Fabulous hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Food in their SEEN restaurant was exquisite. Fantastic choice for breakfast with the best gluten free area I have seen in a long time.

Room was spotless and well air conditioned. The spa was relaxing and empty when we went, spa workers we very accommodating. A great stay in a beautiful area

Really enjoyed our stay — beautiful hotel, great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly throughout. The room was spotless and the food was excellent. Only small downside was that I sent a query through Hotels.com before arrival and unfortunately never received a reply. Aside from that, we had a lovely experience and would happily return.

El spa es espectacular, lamentablemente tuvimos una obra en la piscina principal a partir del 2 día de estadía, algo de ruido por los trabajos.

Amazing time in Tivoli, a beautiful hotel but the staff definitely made it - so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Pool facilities were excellent. We only had the garden room but it was lovely, and was cleaned very thoroughly every day.

Pragtfuld beliggenhed. Vi havde valgt et værelse med havudsigt og blev absolut ikke skuffet. Der var endda læ på vores lille balkon, selvom der var en del blæst fra sydvest. Personalet var så flinke og hjælpsomme - gode at tale med (vi taler en del spansk). Stort og gennemført værelse. Dejlige og smukke spadsereture langs Atlanterhavet. Perfekt og effektiv rengøring. I den dyrere ende, men absolut anbefalelses værdigt.

We had a delightful stay at Tivoli. The rooms are beautiful,much more spacious than they appear in the photos on the website. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds and the excellent shower and bath. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here. The only slight downside was that while late check-out is offered when available, it comes at quite a high rate of €18 per hour.

Lovely room with a sea view. Good breakfast options. Good pool options with a separate adult pool. Did not eat in hotel, plenty options within walking distance or short taxi to eat. Only issue, went to the sports bar to watch football, loud music was being played with the sport sound off (can live with that), but they had a live band playing on the terrace outside so the noise was conflicting and deafening! Said to the bar man he needed to turn off the musc in the bar (one would have been fine), but he just smiled, so one drink and we left.

Staff were friendly and efficient right from checkout . Highly recommended
