素敵なホテルでした。

We had very good time !!!

素晴らしいレセプションのサービスとメンテナンスがされたリゾートホテルです。到着が０８：３０ＡＭと早かったのですが、無料朝食のサービス券を頂き部屋が準備できるまでプールサイドのレストランで朝食を取りながら待ち１１；００にチェックインができました。また部屋の日当たりと眺望が良くなかったので、オーションビューをお願いした所、気持ちよく変更対応をしてくれました（追加料金要）。部屋より海が見え、非常にリラックスした滞在になりました。街の中心よりは離れていますが静かな場所にあり徒歩圏内にショッピングモール、レストランもありますので問題ないです。インターネットは１日２０€、１週間３０€で部屋、プールサイドなどホテル内ではどこでも使用できました。是非、再度利用したいと思います。

Immaculate hotel, could not fault it.

Great staff and spotless

Room is perfect for family. Ample of space. Food is decent. It is not a big resort which is what we were after as we don’t like huge crowd and chaos. Pool is clean, one salted, one not. Two beach close by, one black sand, one normal. The paddle courts are a plus but they are extra to pay for. In short, a hotel you would want to stay again.

Un Hotel espectacular!! Hemos hecho una escapada antes de las navidades mi mujer y yo sin mis hijos. Elección perfecta! Las Suites son espectaculares. Increíbles vistas con unos atardeceres de ensueño. La ubicación es perfecta ya que tienes un paseo muy agradable a la Caleta donde hay muchos restaurantes con un muy buen ambiente o bien, dirigirse a Costa Adeje y Las Americas. Reservamos un masaje en pareja y es de los mejores SPA que hemos estado. Después de la Sauna, por ejemplo, tienes unas piscinas de contraste y me creerás al decir que son verdaderamente lo que necesitas. Tras ese esfuerzo para el cuerpo, nada mejor que encontrar tu rincón tranquilo en sus múltiples hamacas para que descanses…. El personal es muy bueno. No sólo grandes profesionales sino verdaderamente atentos en garantizar que disfrutes de tu estancia. Botones, recepción, camareros, guest service y un largo etc. GRACIAS! El hotel está muy muy bien mantenido. Jardines muy bien cuidados, la pintura, los pasillos, las alfombras, las hamacas…. Todo impecable! Termino con una mención al Beach Club/Restaurante Seen. Hay que guardarse una de las tardes para vivir el atardecer en los eventos que organizan. Hay música en directo o DJ con un ambiente espectacular. Tivoli La Caleta, volveremos

Excellent hotel. Lovely attentive staff. Wide choice of swimming pools with ample sunloungers, absolutely no reason to put your towels down. Food so tasty and breakfast choice phenomenal.

Clean spotless rooms with beautiful balcony.

Rooms were very well laid out, bed very comfortable, it was spotless. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing every morning, so well organised and delicious with so many healthy options to choose from.

Amazing hotel, great staff team, fabulous room looking out across the ocean. Clean, quiet, like being in paradise!

We had an updated room with larger balcony fitting two sun beds and two lounger chairs. Very friendly staff throughout hotel although breakfast staff were a bit more task focussed. Overall a very pleasant stay in a more than pleasant hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk. The architecture. The tropical garden. The rooms. The food. The service. We walked by several of the other top notch hotels and decided the Tivoli beat the others hands down. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we returned.

Très bel hotel ! 5* méritées ! Sejour superbe ! Et buffets excellents ...surtout le matin! Personnel et service au top! Petite attention bien agréable dans la chambre ! Je recommande à 200%!
