Clean room, bar/food expensive with food quality very mixed with some meals really disappointing/bland

Was a good stay, they have hand wash, body and hair wash in the showers in your room so you don’t have to pack it yourself. Our room was clean and peaceful.

Great Hotel, comfortable room although the pillows were a little on the thin side! Food was good too. Had an issue with the keycard though. I was given 2 so I left one of them in the room whilst I went down for a coffee. The second one didn't work, even after being re-programmed, so I had to get the maintenance guy to let me in. the staff were very good though and gave me a free drink voucher for my trouble. thank you for a great stay!

Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back .

This is such an amazing hotel, with nice size swim pool, sauna, steam room, very large gym, and a jacuzzi. Staff are great, really helpful and attentive both in the hotel restaurant and the gym area.

Unnecessary and ineffective electronic check in systems near pointless, helpfully a member of staff appears like Mr Ben, so very helpful indeed, but why the nonsense in the first place? Ditto on exit, need a human to get the invoice. Noisy overnight, many emergency vehicle sirens at different points. Food ok but expensive £8.50 for a portion of onion rings. Room sparse but comfy, all round average

Clean refurbed room. Good gym

Rooms have clearly been revamped lately & they look great but the air vent in our bathroom was so loud you could hear it with the bathroom door closed. Reported it to reception but no maintenance there in evening/overnight….

Good night sleep but needed to relax after long journey no pool no sauna no jacuzzi so let down badly, when booking should be told amenities aren't available would have booked a different hotel with all workings available amenities

Room was cold when we walked in… 7 degrees! Took a while for it to warm up. Bathroom was also cold. Check in was quick & easy as staff did it for us

We had a new twin room which was lovely brand new shower also new tv in the room

Great place to stay with a good atmosphere

Checknin was poor, room basic but comfortable bed. Even on the 3rd floor i could hear noise from the bar.so had to wear earplugs. Evening meal overpriced. I bought a desert but was not told it was unavailable till i had to ask for it bringing out. I wasnt offered the refund for the price difference. Breakfast isbonly served till 9am. This was not communicated at the online checkin when i paid for breakfast. £12.50 and all that was left was a slice of bacon and beans. I was told when i arrived at breakfast, you have three minutes! No hello! Very poor communication and customer service.

No coffee machine like the previous week No complementary water like previous week Put sign on door for freshion up expected bedding to be changed as well didn't get changed only towels and refresh of coffee sachets Other than that the hotel, bar and pool was exceptional the atmosphere with the games was amazing staff was amazing very polite and helpful

When staying in the hotel for extra time in the morning. The card stops working after 11am. So something should be done about that cause it is very annoying. Thank you.
