エレベーターや部屋の扉開閉方法が難しかった。

客室は全てがセンスがよく、美しく、居心地のよいものでした。 ミニキッチンが付いていましたが、ケトルもやかんも無く、お湯は鍋で沸かしました。 従業員の方は親切ですが、朝食時周りのゲストへはメニュー等説明がありましたが、私達には日本人だからなのかありませんでした。 その他追加のサービスをお願いする時は直ちに快くではありませんが、対応して下さいました。

ミラノ中心部ドゥオーモ地区にあるプチホテル。多くの観光名所にも歩いて行ける。ショッピング、食事にも至便。古い建物の一部を改装したホテルで入口がわかりづらく隠れ家のよう。フロントは鉄扉をくぐって二階にあります。テラスつきの部屋もあり夏には楽しそう。

ホテルの立地は最高、歩いてドゥオーモまで5分。受付のスタッフは皆気が利くし対応も良い。部屋は大きく清潔だが浴槽はなかった。

ホテルではないですね家ですね。でもサービスはホテルレベルです。普通のホテルには飽きたけど快適なホテル的サービスを受けたい方にはお勧めです。フロントの方はとても親切。近隣環境も良好です。

スカラ座やドウモ、最後の晩餐の教会へのアクセスが便利でした。 部屋の内装が白で統一され、楽しい絵画が飾られていて、リラックスできました。朝ごはんは、パンとフレッシュオレンジジュース、コーヒーの他に、お願いするとスクランブルエッグとフルーツサラダを追加できました。 スタッフの対応も皆さん親切で、とても良かったです。またミラノに旅行することがあれば、泊まりたいと思います。

Hotellet är superfint, takterrassen underbar och läget fantastiskt!

Clean, great staff, superb location

The staff were so helpful and attentive. We were able to get into our room a little earlier which was great as we wanted to eat and get a rest before attending the opera. The room was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a while. Our continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome after a day on our feet. It was exciting to be staying in the Japanese teams hotel.

This place is so cool and literally a hidden gem! Rooms are comfortable and stylish and the patios are a great addition, and you cant beat the location.

Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect to a wide range of walking. The only suggestion I have would be to create a raise for the entry of the shower so the water doesn't leak under the shower door. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff.

Staff were great but the hotel is very odd. It is in a bizarre second floor location and has a very odd layout. If you are looking for a normal 4 star hotel then this isn’t it

Bra läge på hotellet verkligen mitt i stan. Nästan familj känsla med personalen. Blandat bostäder och hotellrum i huset drar ner på helhetsupplevelsen. Väldigt lyhört upplevde det som att grannarna hade fest men det låg inte inom hotellets kontroll.

The patio was wonderful, they take great care of the plants on the balcony and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sight seeing. Staff was wonderful, the entrance was a little strange, but it was kind of fun

Das Hotel liegt an einer Seitenstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Daher ruhig und in der Nähe der Einkaufsstrasse und ca. 15 Minuten vom Duomo.

Staff was super nice, location decent. Rooms a little dated and small. We stayed on the top floor, underneath someone who sounded like they were moving furniture on a wood floor all day and into the night.
