ロケーションは海辺でプロムナードに面しており最高に良いです。(Sea Viewお勧め） Half Boardに含まれる朝食と夕食は種類も豊富で美味しく、夕食は滞在4日間中で飽きることのないように工夫されていました。 また、スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで好感度◎でした。 難点としては駐車上がないこと（約400M離れた公共駐車上に1週間EUR30でTicket購入） 無料WiFiはReception Area等の限定使用であること　 でも、総合的には好感度の高い良いホテルだと思います。

テネリフエを観光するには申し分のない立地にあります。玄関前は海に面した大木真プールのテーマパークがあります。ろろぱーくまでバス手も近くです。しかしホテルが古く、一番不快だったのは冷房の音がうるさすぎる。いつの時代の冷房かと思わせる騒音で、眠りがちょくちょく遮断されました。とにかく大きいホテルで、夕食も朝食も人数をさばいている感があります。料理はいろいろな国の料理が出ますが、日本人にはわけわからない。うーん、ここはスペインじゃない。ごちゃまぜだ。日本でいうと会社の慰安会で訪れるような熱海の古い大きなホテルって感じです。大衆ホテル。ある意味面白かった。受付のお姉さんは忙しい中、私たちのつたない英語とスペイン語を一生懸命理解してくれてタクシーのお兄さんに説明してくれたりと親切でした。当然ですがスタッフは日本人に慣れていません。

O hotel é bem localizado, quarto limpo e funcionarios super atenciosos. Café da manhã e jantar com muitas opções e super organizado. Super recomendo.

I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training.

Nice resort, nice staff, breakfast was extremely limited to only bread mostly. Would’ve liked fruit and meat. The location is convenient for walking… but parking is a nightmare. There is no parking around. I had to park 20 min walk away

Außergewöhnlich gutes, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen, mit gleichzeitigem, atemberaubendem Blick auf den wilden Nordatlantik. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Schöne Anlage in grandioser Lage. Top Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Good parts; check in and breakfast Poor parts; The room - the room we were given was in an annexe away from the main building. The room was large and clean but neglected. The furnishings were stained, the windows dirty. The room is devoid of colour and has some sort of textured wall paint circa 1979. The bathroom suffered from the same issues and the tiles tolesand fitments are also old and somewhat worn. The balcony looks on to an air conditioning unit but you can at least see the actual hotel to see what you're missing. The whole annexe overlooks a busy road, is noisy at night and needs all of it needs refurbishment. The rooms in question are 339 - 342 approximately. Another note, the pools looked nice (weather not good enough to use them) but there are definitely not enough sunbeds if the hotel is at capacity - be prepared for 6am towel wars. Didn't use the hotel bars. texruee
