部屋の壁が薄いようで、隣部屋の方のオンライン会議の声が気になりました。また、隣部屋の方は犬を連れていたようで、夜中も鳴き声がかなり気になりました。ペットフレンドリーなホテルだとは思っていませんでしたので、今後こちらのホテルに泊まられる方には予め知っておいていただいた方が良いと思いました。

The room was clean and in good condition, and everything worked as expected, so overall it was a comfortable stay. However, the price felt higher than what was actually included. Breakfast and coffee are available at an additional cost, but there was no clear information provided about pricing in advance. There was also no readily available list of room service options or their prices. While we had a deal that included free parking, this is typically an extra charge as well, and there could have been more information provided prior to check-in on how to access their parking services, which is unclear from outside the building. Greater transparency about amenities and associated costs would make it easier for guests to understand the full value of their stay. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but it felt more expensive than it was worth compared to other options in the area.

Nice amenities and very kind staff though i found the room a little overpriced for how simple it was.

I booked this hotel because I thought that the breakfast was included, when I asked they told me that because I booked it by Expedia it was not included. Also the charges for the parking were to high!

Desde el servicio del valet parking, pasando por la recepción (especialmente Miguel), hasta la atención en el restaurante (Pedro Jordán) y el personal en general, todos han hecho de nuestra estancia no solo placentera, sino verdaderamente inolvidable.
