総合評価とレビュー HOTEL 10

部屋の壁が薄いようで、隣部屋の方のオンライン会議の声が気になりました。また、隣部屋の方は犬を連れていたようで、夜中も鳴き声がかなり気になりました。ペットフレンドリーなホテルだとは思っていませんでしたので、今後こちらのホテルに泊まられる方には予め知っておいていただいた方が良いと思いました。

Nice hotel, nice staff. Close to the gas station with a small shop for buy water or other foods .

Hotel 10 is walking distance to many amenities It was 10 min walk to McGill. Felt secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

Ce séjour aurait été parfait si ce n’était du service sans service valet du départ . Il faut mentionner que c’était Pâques mais quand tu paies 50$! et que tu doivent aller chercher ta voiture après 30 minutes d’attente , c’est qu’il y a un problème de manque d’ employé et une compensation et meilleure organisation aurait dû être mis en place . Le reste était parfait et aurait mérité le meilleure note . Une mention spéciale pour l’accueil professionnel et amical .

I really loved it! This hotel is small but really well run. I liked how modern the interior was and how nice the staff was. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was nice and combed was so nice and comfortable. The only "complaint" i have is that they don't keep water bottle stocked in the hotel room. I asked concierge and they said that hey do have the option for you to buy it from them or to go to the gas station across the street to get it. Its a minor inconvenience which is why I didnt give them a 5 star

Hotel muito bem localizado e todo reformado. Camas confortáveis e banheiros novos. Estacionamento é por vallet, mas não é muito facil de estacionar. Qdo chegamos não tinha local perto e foi perrengue descarregar as malas considerando q estava nevando.

Front desk staffs were nice and speaks English fluently. The room was kept clean everyday by the cleaners. We were happy for easy parking--had a free valet parking. The place is close to restaurants and very convenient to walk around downtown. We enjoyed our stay specially the complimentary coffee-- nespresso every morning in the room. The only down side is, only one elevator is functioning during our stay. The main lobby is spacious with comfy seats. The hotel smells good too even the hallway.

Good stay, only issue was thr valet being full despite a collective 5 rooms in our group which is ridiculous

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Unfortunate noise from city work outside and we had no water for 1/2 day, but they gave us notice and provided bottled water. A great base to explore the Plateau and Place des Artes area.

Comfortable room and bath, good quality materials. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Its location was very convenient for wandering into the Quartier des Spectacles, Place des Arts, and near the UQAM.

Art deco concept was a nice change from a regular hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shiwer was great.

The rooms were very dusty and only clean on the bed, tables and desk and washroom very dusty even though it’s cleaned every day. It was disappointing to see even leaving my backpack and items on the table it was dusty and felt difty
