Room was very clean, smart TV was ready for use and logged in with a message welcoming us by name. Linens fresh. Staff were very friend and check in was super quick and easy. Areas that could have been tweaked for the best experience: the eggs and hashbrowns and coffee at breakfast buffet were cold when we got food at 7:30am. The warming stations did not appear to have heat under them. We also had no shower soap in our room. Minor things that could have made things that much better.
