レセプションではアジア人は後回しにされます。

ホテルの施設（広さ、快適性、清潔感）は素晴らしい。スタッフの気の利くサービスも同様に素晴らしいです。

全体的に大満足の滞在でした。部屋が広く家具に高級感を感じました。 ジムあり、食事おいしい、バスタブあり。文句なしです。

他の方が述べているとうり 朝食は よそに比べていいです ただ 長期滞在したのもありますが 同じメニューに もう少し 工夫がほしいかも 醤油などを持参したので なんとか 乗り越えられましたが ホテルの夕食は 料金は 問題ないが ベテラン従業員が 俺様な態度で 二度と使わないっておもった 彼等が自分等の終業後に 1fのバーで 制服を脱いでいるにも係わらず 知り合いに 無料で飲み物などを ガシガシ出しているのを見ていて ホテルはどう思っているんでしょうね ってフロントに尋ねたら そういうこともありますって 我関せずな 発言を聞いて ４星ホテルも大したことないなっておもった

ホテルの部屋は広く、清潔。シャワーの水圧も十分でした。規模の大きなホテルの割にはスタッフは親切でフレンドリー。 朝食のメニューも豊富でした。無料駐車場の台数が少なく、スペースも狭いのが難点でした。 朝食付きプランで予約したのですが、レシート上は宿泊費と朝食代が別々の請求に（もちろん総額は予約した額でしたが…。）。　修正を依頼しましたが対応してくれませんでした。出張の利用で朝食代を会社に請求できない場合などは要注意です。

Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog.

Leider war das Frühstück etwas enttäuschend bzgl Angebot und Qualität. Und es war nicht erlaubt einen Kaffee mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen. Sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett.

Great and large room, educated staff and the location, it could not be better for the great price.

non è la prima volta che ci vado, mi piace perchè è pulito elegante e confortevole. Unica pecca è che il parcheggio costa 30€ al giorno... un prezzo per me esagerato e puntato sul fatto che non ci sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze per cui... o bere o affogare!

Reception cortese e professionale, stanza molto ampia, pulita e letto comodo. Buffet colazione fantastico

La palestra era palestra vera.

Cafe espetacular, pessoal atencioso, quartos confortaveis e modernos. Excelente hotel.

We had the presidential suite. Was outdated but very comfortable. Could have been cleaner. the hot tub jets were dirty. But the sauna in suite was super nice. Some of the lights didn't work. But it was a huge suite and we really appreciated the upgrade and all of the room! Breakfast buffet was huge.

Staff was great, breakfast was delicious and the parking was on the premises. We were very happy

Location was great to take the bus to old town and back. Staff was great at telling us the bus numbers and times they left hotel.
