Perfect location right in the heart of the historic district in St. Aug. with everything you need in walking distance. The the check-in & valet parking when you arrive was a breeze. Room was clean and the only thing I'd add is that it is right on the main road so it can be loud at times if you're a light sleeper but we did not mind.

The main problem for my wife and I was the noisy A/C that turned off or on every few minutes in our room 220. Otherwise great location, attentive staff, and nice room. Though not a problem for us, valet only parking was US$40.00 per day.

I think $40.00 per night for parking is a bit to much. I like staying at the Hilton in St Augustine but did not like having a room that the only view was the wall of the building next door and all the junk that was stored in between the buildings

The location was great, view of the bay was beautiful but the room/building has a horrible mildew smell and the condition would click on and off but the room got very very hot before clicking back on. Valet attendant asked my husband if he was recently there with another woman not a funny joke. Could really be an issue for couples not knowing what doing on in the marriage at that time. Probably not the best joke.

We stayed here last year and came back. We upgraded our room and loved the balcony and its view of the water. The hotel has the perfect location with excellent restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. There is a party vibe that draws you into the local culture. The hotel staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We highly recommend

Breakfasts were great. Staff did everything they could to make our visit perfect.

We were very pleased with our first stay at the property. Everything was seamless from check in to check out not to mention the perfect central location to everything in the historic district making most everything walkable. We will definitely be back!

We stay here every year, it is pleasant, nice location, the staff is fantastic, the rooms are great and the food is wonderful.

Overall things were great! Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. As were on the first floor we could hear street noise at night, but it quickly faded after 9:00 or 10:00 pm. There were some minor maintenance issues, painting was going on at many places in the common areas with tools and ladders, etc., spread around in some areas. In our room the sink drain was very slow and water pressure was low, with no hot water available from the sink spigot to speak of. Temperatures and pressures in the shower were adequate but not great.
