テーマパークのように施設が大きいけど、意外と老朽化が進んでいる。

立地や、広くて適度に硬いベッド、朝食の内容、フロントの方の対応はとてもよかったと思います。ただ、ヨーロッパでは普通かもしれませんが、シャワーの水流がすごくよわくて驚きました。お湯を最大に出して、カランでは勢いがいいのに、シャワーにするとかなり弱い水量でした。それ以上熱くすることもできませんでした。シーツは、3日ぐらい同じものな気がしました。きちんと挟まれてはいましたが。ティッシュはなく、石鹸とシャンプーはほとんど泡立ちませんでした。

Was our 5th time at this hotel. Cleaniness was great as normal however it wasn't the same as previous visits. The breakfast was not up to standard and the hotel itself was less friendly than previous. Lots of issues getting a place at the pool as people were allowed to reserve chairs before the pool even opened then not use the chairs or seats until the sun was out way later in the afternoon and as we are a family it was quite difficult and made no sense. The fact that smoking and vaping are allowed pool side was strange

We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the Dionysus. The food in all three restaurants was very good, service was good throughout the resort. Staff were friendly. We had an adjoining room which didn't provide much sound deadening from the adjacent room. The property is very well kept.

There was a big group of us travelling fur my daughter’s hen’s party. The hotel was just perfect for friends and family meeting up from different corners of the world. It was in a great location, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and Donna was exceptional at making sure we had everything we needed.

Outstanding welcome and ongoing fantastic service from the receptionist who was lovely. Hotel lobby had a relaxed vibe, swimming pool area and room very clean. Swimming pool toilets always very dark and wet floor. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast was of a good standard and the staff catered to my gluten free requirements by providing me with the appropriate bread, cake and biscuits which was really nice. On the whole most of the staff were friendly and courteous. Evening entertainment not really to our taste but the programme did seem varied (dancing/magician/belly dancer). We took a taxi into Rhodes Old Town most nights for an explore and dinner. Most taxi drivers were fine (especially the ones booked by hotel reception on the outward trip) but do agree the price coming back (queue at taxi rank in the Old Town) before you accept a ride, one tried to rip us off. We were two female friends travelling together and one taxi driver made us feel extremely uncomfortable and worried for our safety (detour taken from usual route, asking if we were travelling on our own without men etc). Would definitely stay at this hotel again as a base to explore the island.

Prima hotel, erg schoon en aardig personeel. Enige minpunten vonden wij de verouderde kamers (baddouche), dunne muurtjes, (vanbuiten af hoor je niks maar je hoort wel je buren), het zwembad heeft genoeg ligplekken maar je mag deze niet verplaatsen of draaien er waren iets te weinig parasols en de lift was echt een drama. (Te klein en duurde daardoor erg lang). Aantal dingen die niet mijn voorkeur hebben, maar wat niet de kwaliteit vh hotel afdoet: - ontbijtzaal is binnen, erg druk en rumoerig - hele dag harde muziek bij het zwembad Verder was het groot, ruim, veel fijne faciliteiten als tennis- en voetbalbaan, lekkere restaurants en poolbars, genoeg ligplekken, personeel super vriendelijk!

Had the best time, facilities, accommodation and dining were all wonderful, couldn’t have asked for a better choice of hotel to stay

Rodos tatilimizi 6 gece olarak bu otelde geçirdik.Otelin ambiyansı çok güzeldi.Danışmadaki çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgiliydi.Kahvaltı çeşidi çoktu ama damak tadımıza pek uymadı.Otelin yeri çok iyiydi.Heryere yakın çok işlek.Adanın bu bölgesinden denize girmek biraz zor,çünkü sürekli rüzgarlı.Adanın diğer tarafındaki diğer plajlardan yararlnaılabilir.Otelin tek üzen tarafı malesef oda ve havuz temizliğiydi.Havuzda hijyen problemi vardı.Bir de tuzlu su kullanılıyor.Oda temizliği anlayışları sadece yatak toplamak ve havlu değiştirmek.Asla silme süpürme,yeni bardak koyma,wc temizliği olamadı.Ayrıca duşakabin yerine malesef hala duş perdesi kullanılıyor.Bunları sorun etmeyecekseniz konforlu bi tatil geçirebilirsiniz.

Prima hotel met uitstekende service. Alles heel schoon en netjes en al het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nice pool and quiet area. Room with balcony with partial sea view is ok. Wifi has never worked . Two things we really disliked during our stay. First, if you have a baby stroller, the hotel does not allow you to take it in the elevator. And if you offer to carry it up the stairs instead, they still don't allow you to bring it into the room. I’ve never seen such a rule in any hotel before — and there's no mention of it anywhere before booking. You only find out once you're already there. Second, the sunbeds by the pool are all taken by 9:00 AM. If you want one, you have to wake up early and reserve it by leaving a towel on it — otherwise, you won't find any available. As for the hotel manager, while he did agree in principle to refund through the travel operator, that would have required us to spend our time chasing down the agency (Expedia). In the end, we chose not to go through that hassle, and they offered us a late check-out as compensation.

Highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, 3 choices of restaurants all placed around the pool, reasonable prices. Pool bar excellent again reasonable priced drinks. Location only a few minutes walk to the beach and bus stop. Good location and short taxi journey to airport and Old Rhodes Town. Would definitely go back as so many more sights to see.
