I was charged $75 AED for VAT at the check in despite my booking was completely paid via expedia. I went to the swimming pool once, the staff member told me each person can only use two towels. I was swimming for a while, then sunbathing and went for another swim... they expected you to use the same wet towel. I asked for cutlery in my room but I was advised there will be a charge per night for having cutlery. In my last day I asked for take away container to pack my breakfast. They refused and advised it is not possible. I won't go back there. It did not worth the price.

Very unprofessional front end staff. Seems like the air ducts in the millenium lake view apartments had smells from some bird droppings that they were trying to get it cleaned. They had one wing done. But the front end staff was very sneakily trying to push their customers on the wing that was not done. I had to complain and then they moved me to the side facing the lake which was what I had origingally booked (yet another bad faith work by the front end staff). The rooms are also dated particularly the bathrooms. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, especially their staff.

I enjoyed my stay in Millennium Lakeview. It is very calm, clean and the lake makes it very charming . The staff are wonderful, pleasant and very helpful especially at the reception. I shall definitely come back
