Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. The room was beautiful and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the ocean. But, we had some trouble finding the restaurants in the resort. We received a QR code at check-in but no instructions that it contained information including a map of the resort. But, we couldn't find signs on the ground floor that, in theory, contained all the restaurants. Even the way to the beach was a little challenging. We had to navigate through the restaurant area to get to the beach, which felt a little awkward as we were doing that in our bathing suits in the evening as others were dressed and waiting for dinner. For such a big resort, I would have thought the routes to locations and signage would have been considerably better.
Also, when we were there, there was a lot of sorgussum on the beach. I understand that that is going to vary and is out of the control of the hotel. I did notice in the morning that the resort to the left and right of us had cleared the beach of it overnight, but Live Aqua had not. That definitely impacts the beauty and use of the beachfront. Overall, I would not stay there again. It is not worth the money.
