空港からタクシー20分、12ユーロホテルは回廊式でそれぞれに部屋が有る。 眺めの良い部屋は海側でヨットハーバー越しに天気が良ければピコ島の代表的な山、ピコ山を眺めることが出来る。今の時期運が良ければホテルの窓越しに夕方9時頃から夕日に照らされ真っ赤に染まったピコ山に出会いる。

We received an exceptionally warm welcome, with helpful staff at the reception and unexpected gift items in the room. Free parking in the basement garage was easy to access, and we were allowed to leave our car for the day after our checkout. Location was as central as it can get, with beautiful views of the Horta harbor.

The staff are friendly and it’s located in an amazing location.

Excellent. Had a half bottle of wine and cake waiting on arrival, then had a whole bottle delivered on ice during our first full day!. Great location. Everything clean and tidy.

Older style hotel, but clean, comfortable beds, shower in bathtub. Good and varied breakfast, underground parking, easy access and well located in town and to visit the island

Internet was great. Tv too hard to get English subtitles! Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable!

Long overdue renovation badly needed. Especially the carpeting is very old, dirty and smelly. My hint for anyone wanting some fresh air, keep the window open throughout the night, you might not wake up with quite so severe headache in the morning.

Great location. Friendky and helpful staff. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with very nuce linen and towels. Included breakfast was also very good. Parking is provided free and there are many parking spots nearby. We'll be staying here again upon our return to Faial

Bem localizado, junto a Porto Pim e ao centro da Horta. Oferece um bom pequeno almoço, serviço de parking incluido e uma boa vista para o Pico se tiver a sorte de ficar num dos quartos virados para a frente. O staff é bastante simpático. Penso que o hotel precisa de remodelação para se modernizar - alcatifa e quartos com madeira escura já não se usam, apesar de os quartos serem confortáveis. Mas acaba por ter um ar já datado, e que não combina já com a recepção, restaurante e bar. Outro ponto é o horário do ginásio, que não se percebe abrir só às 10h da manhã.

Hotel tres agreable et bien placé. Garage gratuit pour la voiture, très pratique. Jacuzzi très joli, mais mais pas de serviettes a disposition. Nous n'avons pas teste le restaurant. Les chambres sont tres agreables et bien équipées..un très trés grand lit trés confortable.
