The room was okay, the staff was poor.

Super mala atención... Hice reservación y se pagó... Al llegar al hotel me salieron con que no había disponibilidad cuando al reservar me apareció sufi disponibilidad..y lo peor fue que eran casi las 11 de la noche.... Y adicional no ofrecen ninguna solución..solo repiten... " No hay habitación ".... Adicional el lugar está bast deteriorado...me hospede ahí hace algunos años y estaba en mucho mejor condición.. desde que entras se ven las paredes sucias y en mal estado... Parece un hotel de mala muerte... Definitivamente no recomiendo ese lugar para una familia...

Tuve picaduras de chinches en mi brazo solicite el cambio de habitacion y al darme cuenta lo unico que hicieron fue reacomodar a otros huespedes en mi habitacion sin haber realizado una limpieza del colchon, al llegar a la nueva habitacion me di cuenta que una de las toallas estaba usada por los huespedes previos y el ventilador no servia.

Habitación con el techo a punto de caerse, el baño en especial, TV y muebles viejos, ofrecen desayuno, y al preguntar solo es café y un pan tostado, y solo te dan una manta tomando en cuenta que hace un montón de frío.

Staff was great. Room very poor and old. Shower had rust on the windows and my room didn’t have secure locks ( a piece of wire ) holding the 2 windows. Hair

Staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast is ok, it’s fruit slices, coffee and toast.

WiFi was slow, no refrigerator when it said on the listing, everything looked dirty, customer service terrible they just open the door like that imagine if ur naked or changing. Plus the front desk terrible they try charge me twice and check out was at 1 and they kicked us out 12.

The property was great is very clean. It’s an a great location. It was very pleasant. Stay at night. There is possibly a bar nearby, so it was quite loud and there was no hot water to shower with.

El agua no tenía punto de temperatura media , o sale muy caliente o sale muy fría . Lo sig. es que si es tiempo de calor … los abanicos no sirven . Y concuerdo con otros comentarios ; por favor, renueven las toallas ,ya están como trapeador !
