部屋は充分な広さがあり、設備も必要なものはほぼ備えられています。トイレの水タンクからポッチンポッチンと音がするのは、パッキン要チェックか？ 朝食は、パン類、ケーキ類の種類が多い。フルーツ、ハム類、サラダ、飲み物のバリエーションも素晴らしかった。

Accorグループのホテルなので、何もかも安心できました。ロケーションもナイスです。

We’ll located in the city centre. Easy access from the airport bus stop nearby. The restaurants nearby were very good both in taste and the price range. Expected better breakfast. The line up of the foods was too simple.

The facilities are slightly old but the room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent. The breakfast was just 6 euro and a nice buffet.

空港からホテルまで、行きは空港バス、帰りはタクシーを利用。 バスは30分に１本、問題なく快適。空港職員からタクシーは外国人に吹っ掛けるので、バスがベターと勧められた。 帰りはホテルでタクシーを手配してもらった。片道EUR45（固定料金、現金がベター）。メーターだとEUR60取られる事例もあるとのことでお得。

とても綺麗で部屋が広く、快適でした！

ホテルの周りに駐車場がなく止めるのに苦労した。 部屋にコーヒーポットもなく、部屋ではあまりくつろげない。 WIFIのつながりは良かった。

パレルモ中央駅から徒歩で25分程度の所にあるホテル。 大通りから1本入った所にあるので、初めての場合は注意が必要。 ホテル周辺には、少し歩くとレストランやショップがあるので便利。 ほとんどの名所にも歩いて行ける。

過不足ないホテル。ロビーには、自由に飲める水（オレンジ入り）やコーヒーのサービスがあって、出入りの度にほっと一息つけて良かった。周りの治安的にも問題なく、周辺のレストランへ行けた。

ホテルドットコムの手配ミスで、希望とは違う部屋になってしまい、フロントにかけあったが、親切な対応ではなかった。また、部屋の変更もできなかった。それ以外では、部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しく、静かで快適であった。空港へのバスが乗れるバス停がプラダの前にあるのですが、歩いて7分程度の場所にあり、便利だった。

パレルモを観光するうえで、どこへ行くにも便利な立地環境にある。大通りから少し入ったところにあるので、うるさくなく快適である。スタッフも好感度が高く、安心して宿泊できる。

家族で2部屋使用しました。同じ条件で予約したのですが、1部屋は本当に狭く窓も小さくてまるで倉庫の様でした。もう1部屋は広くて見晴らしも良かったです。サービスに問題は無く、設備も清潔。ロケーションも雰囲気こそあまり良くありませんが、とても便利な場所でした。

Fell in love with Palermo and this hotel was part of the reason. Allowed me to leave bags as we were early for check in. Walking distance to museums, markets restaurants.

Very nice centrally located hotel, excellent service. Excellent breakfast, but limited choices for dinner if you want to stay in rather than going out to eat. Excellent bathroom facilities, but the shower could be a bit larger.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options and it was tasty. Rooms were spacious, however need a bit of dust removing. Hotel is refurbished and secure.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and efficient and I would happily recommend the hotel. I was accommodated in massive room in converted 19th century apartment building adjacent to the main hotel. The room was nice but I had a few quibbles. The smart Android TV is not connected to the WiFi and only had Italian TV channels. So, I could not access the streaming apps or Chromecast to the TV from my phone. Moreover, despite being a premium room, the hotel only provides paper cups in the rooms, which is rather ghastly if drinking local wines in your room.

Great front desk staff, fabulous free breakfast with extensive selection of food and drink, walkable neighborhood with numerous shops and restaurants - watch out for the cars, scooters, motorbikes & other vehicles zipping through the very narrow streets!

Vi havde ved indtjekning udtrykkeligt bedt dem komme med vores bil kl. 8.00, da vi havde en flyafgang. Dette havde de glemt!!!!. Vi kunne få den om 1/2 time. DETTE ER IKKE GOD SERVICE.
