スタッフの対応、特にフロント（管理者風）の対応が最悪。 最初に盗された部屋は、未掃除。変更したら、登録がされておらず、食事のチェックの際、大騒ぎ。

ダブルベッド2台で予約したにもかかわらずKing Bedが１つの部屋があてがわれた。疲れていたので、ソファを自分たちでベッドに変えて、シーツだけをもらった。ほとんど泊まりに帰ってくるだけだったので、ホテルのサービスはわからないが、リゾートホテルという雰囲気ではない。部屋は広かったが前のビーチも幅が狭くかなり窮屈な感じだった。ビーチに行かないのならダウンタウンのホテルで十分。値段もその方が割安。

Comparing to other hotels in Cancun hotel zone, this hotel provides a good room at reasonable price. Room is a bit small but comfortable enough. Use this hotel for business or family vacation, not for honeymoon. w/ TV, coffee machine, 2 bottled water, shampoo&soap. w/o fridge.

Si pudiera no poner estrellas lo haría , este hotel no merece ni 1 estrella , muy mal cuidado , no hay internet , no hay contacto con el hotel y la comida pésima NO vayas a este hotel

La alberca está sucia y no se antoja meterse, la comida del todo incluido no es muy buena, consejo no acepten tours en el hotel porque te llevan a perder todo el día para ofrecerte membresías de otro hotel

Este hotel esta bastante bien para disfrutar el mar un fin de semana y no gastar tanto, bastante economico y la comida no esta nada mal. La atenciòn es muy buena sobre todo en el restaurant el Sr. Mauricio es muy amable, los capitanes tambièn e incluso le prepararon su comida a mi esposo sin sal o condimentos. Es buena relaciòn costo beneficio y a la orilla del mar, si vienes para solo dormir y bañarte pide habitacion en pisos superiores, porque los de planta baja escuchas todo lo que sucede en el hotel y en la calle.

Muy mal hoteles.com y no sé si el hotel también estuvo coludido pero pésima experiencia, informacion falsa, no te dan comprobante con las especificaciones de lo que estás contratando muy mal. Última vez que utilizo esta plataforma,

Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.

I had high hopes for my stay at this "exclusive" hotel in Cancun, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bath towels in our room were stained and dingy, almost grey in color, which was quite off-putting. The breakfast was another letdown—they served Tang, not even real orange juice, which seemed very cheap for a supposed upscale hotel. I had informed the hotel in advance that my husband would be arriving a day later than me, yet they refused him entry into the room when he arrived, causing unnecessary hassle. The rooms were clean, but that doesn't make up for the overall lack of attention to detail. In the evening, there was a show by the pool, but the area was poorly lit and looked downright eerie. It wasn’t inviting at all and felt unsafe walking around. Overall, I expected much better from a hotel in this price range and location. It was far from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Would not recommend.

Es un buen lugar, el personal es muy amable y las camas son muy cómodas. Para las personas que critican el lugar, deberían pagar un Resort como el Hilton si lo que buscan es lujo.
