Clean room. Nice staff, especially the night staff greeted us for late night check in. 10 minutes walk to main square

Parking facile et belle accueil

Clean room on arrival. Stayed three nights, would have expected it to be cleaned during our stay but this didn’t happen so that was disappointing. Room was facing main road so very noisy with traffic, trams etc so couldn’t have window open. A/c unit was also very loud so the room became very stuffy at night. Could be problematic in summer months

Room was newly decorated. Noisy from road and especially the trams as I was on road side. (320) Pillows very thin and no spares in the room. Had to ask for extra coffee sachets as room is not serviced every day. No hot water on the final mornjng. Location was very good.

Leider keine Weiterempfehlung. Die Lage ist okay, weil nah am Zentrum 20min Fußweg zum Marktplatz. Allerdings Laut! Hauptverkehrsstraße und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster wahnsinnig laut. Zimmer alt und abgewohnt… dreckiger Teppichboden, Matratze defekt und durchgelegen. Badezimmer defekte Duschwand, Schimmelbildung. Beim Frühstück doppelte Enttäuschung, minimale Auswahl, nicht mal Schokoaufstrich, nur Äpfel als Obst, dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck, was frisch aus der Spüle kam. Sorry Leute!

Yakınında market var. Otobus ve tramvay duragi otelin önünde. Ulaşım kolay. Giriş yaptigimizda tuvaletteki çöp kovası boşaltılmamısti. Başka sorun yoktu.

El hotel se nota viejo y, aunque han intentado hacer un “lavado de cara”, no pasa de ser un cambio superficial: algo de pintura, mal aplicada, y poco más. Colchón viejo, muebles viejos…No se justifica para nada el precio que tiene la habitación. Uno de los aspectos más negativos fue que no hacen la cama de manera automática. Al preguntar en recepción me dijeron que había que avisar expresamente, cosa que no aparece indicada en ningún sitio. Además, la limpieza deja bastante que desear: polvo en varias superficies e incluso restos de papeles en el suelo, detrás de la papelera, lo cual da la sensación de que no se revisa con atención. Lo único algo destacado, es que la habitación era amplia y con buenas vistas al río. La ubicación no es mala, a unos 15–20 minutos andando del centro. En general, no lo recomiendo, precio elevado para la calidad y servicios ofrecidos.

Easy for Transport and parking

Todo bien para la categoría del hotel, lo único que no nos limpiaron la habitación de un día para otro a pesar de que pusimos el cartel en la puerta.

Nice hotel and staff, rooms are a good condition. The mattresses are a little too bouncy and soft for me and the pillows too soft and flat, it would be great to have at least two per person. Location is also good, but can be a little noisy from traffic, if the room as away from their inner yard/parking lot.

I have to remember this a 3-star hotel and it was OK for a couple of days stay. Location is only 10 minute walk to the centre and breakfast was good, but for me, the rooms are what has let this down, they are very stark, no finesse could have been in a hospital ward, a shower without a screen (the floor got soaked). This is OK other rooms may be better.

Highly recommend visiting Wroclaw. Hotel and room is a bit basic but does the job. Service was good, location is ok with 20min walk into old town which is beautiful.

Freundlicher Empfang durch das Hotelpersonal, gute Verständigung auf englisch und deutsch möglich. Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels mit Bus und Straßenbahn ganz in der Nähe. Ruhige und saubere Hotelzimmer. Guter WLAN-Empfang. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Das Hotel „Campanile“ ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great value stay. Really large room. Basic but it had everything and very clean. Plenty of selection at breakfast also.
