チェックインはスムーズでスタッフはよかったです。しかし、部屋は大変寒くて暖房が効いていませんでした。階段からも近くて人の通る騒音が気になりました。WIFIの速度は遅いです。

The staff were all very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. The room was compact but functional.It was very good to get tired in the batthub.Breakfast was very luxurious.I was worried about the soundof the stairs going up and down.

受付のスタッフがとても感じ良かったです。フランス語はもちろん英語も自信が無いので分かりやすく対応してもらえ嬉しかったです。部屋は清潔です。トイレとバスは別でした。チェックインの前とアウトの後荷物を預かって貰いました。丁寧に対応してくれました。ランスのノートルダム大聖堂へも7,8分位なので場所も良いです。

価格は安いのだが、共同のシャワーが清潔でなく、日本人なら使うのをためらうだろう。周囲にはまともなレストランがないので、夕食はトロワまで5キロくらい走る必要がある。WIFIは不安定。

Hôtel vieillot, chambres petites et literie de mauvaise qualité

Lite gammeldags charmigt, men väl i ordning, rent och snyggt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Riktigt bra läge med promenadavstånd till stationen, katedralen och massor med restauranger.

There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the shower overflowed the small lip into the rest of the bathroom, the room was musty and the last bit of path to the room consisted of some plastic panels covering a pipe of which many were damaged. The hotel was in a good position for the train station.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The front desk staff was very nice and courteous. However, the overall condition of the hotel was very poor and badly in need of updating. The picture on Expedia is not reflective of the rooms. With caution other travelers against using this hotel in the future.

In a great position in the city very close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Street parking is expensive, so ask the receptionist for a ticket for town hall parking 3 mins walk away, underground and €15 a night.

Het was een goede kamer zonder veel extra's. Onderdelen van douche en toilet zouden gemoderniseerd kunnen worden.

The property is just okay. We did not like the room were initially given. It was on the ground floor with no windows. It was very dark and didn’t feel clean. We asked for a different room and it was better but still not great. It was funky. The hotel needs a major upgrade. That said, the location is convenient for walking. The staff member was very nice and helpful. Would not stay there again. We left a day early and did not ask for a refund.

Salle de bain à remettre en état, ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de café dans la chambre😢 Rien de ce qu’on trouve habituellement dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Assez déçu et je n’y retournerai pas.
