真ん中のグレードの部屋を利用しましたが、下記の理由からこのホテルは絶対にオススメしません。 ①不正請求(飲んでいない飲み物代の請求、無料で貸し出しのはずのアダプター代の請求) ※抗議したものの払わないと警察を呼ぶと言われた。 ② 清掃がいい加減(ベッドの中心にハエの死骸、新品のトイレットペーパーに髪の毛が混じっている、バスタブの髪の毛が掃除されていない、タオルが交換されていない) ③施設が全体的に古い(シャワーと蛇口が切り替わらない、シャワーカーテンが体に張り付く) ※ちなみに中国人団体客が1階の部屋を利用しており部屋の中まで厨房の匂いがするとクレームを言っていたが、部屋の変更は不可と言われていた。 ④料理が不味い(朝食の種類も少なく、夕食は論外) We were billed for drinks which we didn't use. They compelled to pay, even if we explained that we didn't use it. We can't help thinking that they made a high bill on purpose. Also, room cleaning and the restaurant were incredibly worst. We highly recommend to use the other hotel. Nos cobraron por bebidas que no usamos. Obligaron a pagar, si explicamos que no lo usamos. Además, la limpieza de la habitación y el restaurante eran increíblemente peores. Recomendamos utilizar otros hotels. Este hotel era la peor experiencia.

食事は余り美味しくなかった。

ジャクジーバスのお湯が暑すぎました。水が出なかったです。それ以外は素晴らしいです

冬の終わりの時期でしたが部屋の暖房がいまいち効かず寒かったです。

部屋からの眺めが良く朝食も美味しかったです。 街の中心から歩いて１０分ちょっとかかり、丘の上にあるのは少し不便かと。 送迎バスは出ていませんでした。

This is a really excellent hotel. It has a beautiful, old style and there has been a lot of attention to detail. The food is absolutely outstanding, the staff is excellent, and the views of the mountains over the lake are unforgettable. Price was very very reasonable. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi is pretty poor, but I suspect that has more to do with where it's located. than anything the hotel has control over. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pontos Positivos: quarto confortável e chuveiro com jato forte de água. Pontos Negativos: Mobiliário antigo e ao tomar banho, a água sai toda para fora, molhando bastante o chão, porque a proteção de vidro na banheira é muito pequena. Achei a localização do hotel um pouco distante do centro da cidade.

Me encantó el lugar, las personas fueron muy amables al atendernos. La habitación fue muy cómoda y siempre se nos atendió con una sonrisa.

A good base for El Calafate, we had a decent stay here. Nothing special, but very pleasant. Highlights were the pool and spa area that was great, room and bed comfy enough. Biggest issue was that this hotel has a lot of large groups and they are forever talking in the corridors outside rooms, sometimes as early as 5am or 6am, often waking us up. There really needs to be a door or a reminder to people not to have conversations outside the rooms. There's not a huge amount the hotel can do, but it is an issue.

Staff was great, rooms were poorly designed, poor air circulation, not sound proof at all, tiny bathrooms

We booked this hotel as a last resort since eveything else was booked. The hotel is away from main street, although is of walking distance, say 15 mins. Its entrance road is of dirt, so our stroller could not be used. This is a winter place so there is no ac in summer, meaning that you have to open the windows. Our room was next to the swimming pool, so we had no privacy! Again, this hotel is just for spending the night and then you go...

El lugar es lindo. Muy linda piscina. Las habitaciones no tienen clima ni ventilador (tomen en consideracion que acudimos en ENERO y si sube la temperatura a 26 grados y puedes dejar la ventana abierta ya wue refresca, pero el sol se pone a las 22 hrs) El personal NO FUE AMABLE.

Muy buen hotel a unos pasos de la calle principal.
