ベイルートは渋滞がひどく、みんなクラクションを鳴らしまくるので一日中うるさいのだが、ここは場所がメインからは少し離れているので、比較的静かだった。また、ハンガーやフリーの水のなど頼むと迅速に対応してくれた。でも、無料WiFiがあるので予約したのに、繋げるのは3台まで、1日4時間まで、それ以上は有料というものだった。これにはひどくがっかりした。

Good hotel with roof pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Recommended! Make sure to choose a non-smoking room if you don’t like the smoke smell.

Excellent service from all staff. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. Had a wonderful experience overall.

We arrived at 3 am and we were traveling with kids. We called twice to make sure the rooms would be ready with ekstra beds for the kids. But nothing was ready and we had to wait an hour before the beds were ready. The service in the reception wasnt good. The guys at the restaurant and at the pool were nice and friendly. The rooms smelled of humidity. I Think it was from the AC

Horrible service, room service is bad , towels are old and smelly. AC was leaking fell over my head slipped due to water leak on the floor
