部屋は清潔だったので過ごしやすかったです。

部屋によってシャワーの水圧が低かったり、バスタブの有る無しといった当たり外れが大きい。しかし無料の朝食など設備のマイナス面をスタッフサービスがカバーしている。

ブリストル市中心部より２ｋｍほど離れた住宅街にあります。バスステーションからタクシー料金６ポンドほどです。教会とか大学の近くでいい雰囲気です。クリフトン吊橋まで徒歩２０分くらいです。この街も宿も気に入りました。それから、大勢のスタッフで手作りで豊かな朝食には感激です。

ブリストルに行くときはいつも利用しています。ベッドとシャワーがあり、仕事で滞在するには十分です。残念なことはエレベーターがないことと、ワイヤレスインターネットがとても遅いです。

朝食が美味しかった。部屋にお菓子やフルーツ紅茶なとがあって自由にたべられます。ロケーションは少し郊外ですが、スーパーやカフェなどがあり便利です。

街の中心地から近いのでとても便利でした。 特にスタッフの方がとても親切で良かったです。またWi-Fiは追加料金が必要とウェブ上には記載されてましたが無料で使用できました。朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ建物が古いので床が軋むのと壁が薄いのが気になりました。

スペイン系（？）の方々が経営していて、とても親切で明るい雰囲気のスタッフです。朝食も、地下の食堂で、いくつかの選択肢のなかから、1人ずつ注文をきいてつくってくれるタイプです。

Very happy with my stay at the Washington. Parking was easy, there is a £12 per night charge. Staff are really nice and helpfull. Breakfast was good value. My room was fairly small but very comfortable . Will stay again if in Bristol in the future

Hotel is close to Bristol city center and lots of local restaurant nearby just 10, 15 mins walk also not far from clifton 20-25 mins walk which is main part for me. No need to drive around unless you really want to. My room was on ground floor so could hear sound outside at night and in morning. Bathroom is very tiny and small. 1 person can bare fit. Staff were really helpful and nice. Room was clean and tidy however could smell as its located on ground floor. Limited parking available on rear of the hotel and its £12 per night which is quite expensive. Overall its good hotel center located for 1,2 night and would not recommend for longer stay. Thanks

Incredible value for a hotel in such a lovely part of Bristol.

Clean room, great extras in the room & a really good breakfast. My only issue was that I could hear people talking in the room next to me until they went to sleep, which was at 1:30am, so the soundproofing is a bit of an issue.

Found you can check in here ok in the daytime staff very friendly helpful stored our luggage before check in & after no problems, we had a twin but was in the basement had a window no view just outside stairs & tarpaulin gave privacy did open window as room was too hot for us! But didn’t keep it open all night for security did turn off rad in room helped but was still hot all night which was our only issue! bathroom showers shampoo conditioner hand wash all lovely towel rail was on all the time hence the heat closed bathroom to help! Beds comfy tv all good But a lovely touch had bowl of fruit biscuits fresh ground coffee teas but not many milks I’m sure if I’d have asked would have got some though but was shattered, Breakfast was lovely we had full English vegetarian & normal but adapted for my liking! Plus usual cereal yogurt juice only thing u have to book your 30mins time slot day before Overall is stay again even in basement room
