Very unsatisfactory. Poor maintenance. No room cleaning.

Property is outdated and in need of some tlc but it is located in a con ivenient ivenient location

We were given a room in the second floor-it reeked of marijuana although we had to sign a no smoking agreement. The phone was out of service and the tv didn’t work. When the maintenance man came, he said none of the phones worked and he was surprised the air conditioning was working. The room was not clean and there was garbage piled up outside the exit. Other guests had rooms without towels

Building very outdated, pool ice cold, shower water so hot you couldn't let it touch your skin and no way to adjust it. Very limited breakfast. Mixture of smoke and mildew smell throughout building.

It was okay. Enjoyed the breakfast

Police presence seems to be a common thing there. Someone on second floor was smoking a lot of pot. Repairs desperately needed. Beds were nice. But no coffee pot. Breakfast was minimal choices

My 6yr old son is a patient at U of M where he is being treated for his neurological disease and we needed a place to stay between appointments and we chose this hotel for the price point, the pool and location. The location was not worth it, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming in every area of the hotel and I wedged a towel under my door trying to minimize the smell that induced a terrible headache. The pool area was gross, dirty, smelly, unmaintained and I had to clean the pool myself with the skimmer but due to the appearance of the water and freezing temperature I didn’t get in the pool myself and my son played alone for an extremely short amount of time when we planned our evening to be spent playing together in the pool he lasted maybe a half an hour. It was so gross. Our room had leftover used toiletries in the shower and bathroom, left over trash was under the bed and half consumed items were still in the refrigerator. Microwave was dirty with left over food and I had to clean it before I could use it. It was a very disappointing stay for my son and I and we will not be at this location again.

High mile hotel. Comfortable beds, tv almost worked, building in pretty beat up Close to freeway

This property is the total opposite of the website, it’s dirty old, damaged rooms, paint blemishes mold in bathroom and dirty quilting. Reached out for refund and they denied. Please do not support this place

Overall maintenance at this facility was extremely subpar. Television didn’t work remote wouldn’t operate the TV. Took three trips from front desk and maintenance staff in order to get to function at all. Bathroom was extremely dirty floor was sticky. Overall condition was far less than I would’ve expected.

Gym was padlocked closed and inaccessible. Bed smelled like urine, and there was a strong smell of weed in the hallways. There was a large stain on the carpet. Privacy latch was broken on the door. Walls are very thin and I could hear someone swearing at their kids in the next room and a couple making loud noises above late into the night. The toilet seat was broken. There was nobody at the front desk and I had to wait a long time. Probably the sketchiest place I've ever stayed, and surprisingly expensive considering.

The hotel wasn't what I paid for. The lamp blew up and I had to unplug it. The tv had on channel and the remote didn't work.there was nasty moldy stuff in the bathroom the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and over the bed was stained with something. I have no idea what it was. There was garbage in the hallway when I went in my room and it was still there in the morning . Wouldn't stay there again..

The window panes were broken, the bathroom switch made a very loud noise, the hallway smelled of stale tobacco but the bed was comfortable. Vending machines did not work.

Would never stay here again. Room was dirty. The curtains had brown “stuff” all over them. Floors were dirty. “Something” under the chair cushion. Phone in room did not work. No information in room about hotel. Half bottles of shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Paint missing on walls. Air conditioning would not stay on. Halls smelled of marijuana. The advertised hot tub did not exist. Padlocks were on the door of the fitness center. Breakfast included was also misrepresented and did not say it was a limited continental breakfast. Broken glass in the parking lot. Staff not available at the front desk at times. Just dirty, worn down and NOTHING like the pictures on the website. There have to be many other choices so do not waste your money staying at this location.

I chose this hotel for the price and the fitness room, only to find out that it was closed. I wish hotels would just be honest and inform customers when amenities are closed. The room was very dusty. A quick wipe with a cloth could have taken care of this. This alerted me that the cleaning was insufficient. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was good. No cups with lids which could prevent spillage when taking to rooms.

The room smelled like a smokers room. There were patches to the wall that were not painted to match the walls. The shower curtin wasn't long enough and there was a lot of water out outside the tub that was a slipping hazard and the non slip matt in the tub was in fact very slippery

The room and hotel was very dirty and smelled of Body Oder and smoke.

It was good enough for the event we had. It was decent. The beds were comfy. Love, the fact that it was closer to everything around.
