今回で２回目の滞在！ ホテルの前はビーチ、後ろにはテーブルマウンテン、ライオンズヘッドで自然に囲まれています。 ビーチから見えるSunsetは必見です！ テーブルマウンテンが真っ赤になるのは感動です。 部屋は広く、ゆったりできます。 朝食も美味しくて言うことなし！！ 周りに飲食店・スーパーマーケットもあって充実しています。 ウォーターフロントもいいけど、ケープタウンを体感するにはこっちの方が最高ですよ！！

Excellent location, courteous and friendly staff and overall good facilities

A beautiful resort with incredible views of Camps Bay Beach, with excellent service and amenities.

We loved everything about our stay apart from the staff in the main floor bar area who were very rude to us on two different occasions. We avoided that particular area for the duration of our stay.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, da die Aussicht und die Lage speziell ist. Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht mit Bergblick, da die Aussicht Meersicht nochmals teurer geworden wäre. Das Hotel ist doch etwas teurer, eben wegen der Aussicht. Da ich für 2 Wochen gebucht habe, was eher ungewǒhnlich ist, die meisten Touristen buchen dieses Hotel nur für ein paar Tage, haben wir bei der Rezeption ein Zimmer erhalten mit Meersicht. Da waren wir doch sehr überrascht und es hat uns natürlich gefreut und es war eine schöne Geste vom Hotel. Zwischen Hotel und Strand, ist eine Strasse mit viel Verkehr mit vielen Touristen, daher ist es manchmal auch eher etwas laut. Das muss man einfach wissen, das Hotel ist direkt an der Strasse. Aber sonst ist das Hotel top.

Not only the hotel is great and perfectly located but what really makes it special is the people who work there! They are truly caring and I would 100% book with them again next time I come to Cape Town. Highly recommend.

The staff were all warm and embracing. The room was just a joy and well maintained. Just great to be back.

While the location is fabulous, the age of the property is obvious in the fixtures in room. Additionally, the team is very disconnected, for a property of this caliber, we typically see a team much more in tune. We had a driver scheduled that then was cancelled, a team member tell us we had eaten breakfast, but we had not and overall, the team just seemed confused. The front desk was amazing as was the housekeeper on our floor, but balance of team could potentially benefit from additional training.

This property is bay over rated compared to the service provided. The breakfast brunch buffet was okay and on our bedroom balcony, there was bird poops which they didn’t clean. They even leave a regular package that any hotels leave ie tooth brush, … we paid 1500& per night for this hotel during Christmas time but extremely over-rated compared to the service provided
