バルコニーからの景色は最高です。良質な温泉では泥のパックも楽しめます。夕刻になると猿が姿を見せて私達を更に楽しませてくれます。私達のお気に入りのホテルで、今回は３回目の訪問でした。また必ず来ます！

This is such an amazing resort. Beautiful property and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in both the bungalows and the villas and they are both very nice. The natural sauna and hot springs are delightful. We love sitting on the patio area of the restaurant with a beautiful view. The restaurant staff is always very nice and attentive and the kindness of Diego and Mariana to remember my friend’s birthday and set a special table for our dinner was exceptional. This resort has all the activities on site. We saw lots of wildlife and our horseback riding adventure was amazing. There is also a nice hiking trail along the river on the property. We will definitely be back for a third time and most likely make it an annual trip! We can’t get enough of the daily sauna, hot springs, and mud experience!!

This place was not how it was advertised at all. Granted, when we walked in, we were greeted by staff very nicely and they had welcome drinks ready however, there are many problems at this resort. They failed to mention that they were closed for five years and they had just opened again and they had no renovations. The hotel rooms were uncapped and we’re not maintained the boardwalk walking through the woods was unkept and un maintained. You could tell the wood had rotted and that the planks actually broke and under our foot almost causing us to get injured the mud for the mud bath was in a plastic garbage bag. There was mold growing within the swimming pool, and the property was in generally bad condition with dried blood on the main bar. It was also understaffed.

Excelente experiencia. Los beneficios ofrecidos por Expedia fueron cumplidos sin inconvenientes, detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Todo el hotel se mantuvo impecable y un aspecto que realmente marcó la diferencia fue que la limpieza de la habitación se realizó todos los días, lo cual suma muchos puntos y demuestra el compromiso del personal con la comodidad de los huéspedes. El personal en general fue muy amable y atento. Desayunos abundantes y con variedad. Las cenas extraordinarias; las carnes estaban perfectamente preparadas y el ceviche y olla de carne, de los mejores que hemos probado. Otro de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra estancia, el señor Natividad, quien nos acompañó en el tour a caballo. Fue muy gentil, profesional y atento, haciendo que esa experiencia fuera aún más agradable e inolvidable. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente.

The resort is beautiful, loved the set up and the grounds , service in the restaurant is very good , food is reasonably priced . We really enjoyed the 2 nights/days we have stayed on the resort . Beautiful birds on the property, you can see spider monkeys next to the pool . We enjoyed the thermals . The employees at the reception were very nice too.

This is a great place where you find rest, good food and a friendly staff.

Everything was great. Service is very good. People were very helpful and friendly. Amazing surroundings. Wild life is unbelievable. Food and drinks were top notch.

Great place but while sitting outside on the deck, I got eaten alive by something ("bocones"?). I spent the next three days with my legs and arms covered in welts and itching like crazy. I didn’t even know it was happening! Wish i had been warned.

This place is amazing at its core. Legacy of a beautifully crafted resort and on the edge of a stunning jungle. They could up a little the service at breakfast (I had to ask several times for cream and went some meals with no water poured) and stick to entrees that they excel at, the pastries and crossaints are not their forte. But the staff was nice. They also could do so much more in the way of wellness offerings and that would make this resort such a destination. I also recommend having drinking water more available for guests.

Great remote place, beautiful, spa is nice and the thermal facilities were amazing

The pool at Borinquen is surrounded by trees and is set kind of in a valley and in the afternoons between 3-5 you could start to see the branches moving on the trees and all of a sudden, you would start to see monkeys swinging from branch to branch. Mama monkeys carrying their baby monkeys, monkeys "fighting", eating, just going about their day. It was absolutely amazing. That was when the spider monkeys came out. If the howler monkeys were there you would hear them coming up the valley around that time and then start seeing them, but they weren't as obvious visually. Either way it was an experience and was so magical. Our teenage kids said it was their best vacation ever. We loved it at Borinquen. Their zipline tour was also very fun! All around a great stay! Worth every penny. FYI - very remote and limited on food so just a few days/nights is a perfect amount of time spent there.
