バルコニーからの景色は最高です。良質な温泉では泥のパックも楽しめます。夕刻になると猿が姿を見せて私達を更に楽しませてくれます。私達のお気に入りのホテルで、今回は３回目の訪問でした。また必ず来ます！

Everything was great. Service is very good. People were very helpful and friendly. Amazing surroundings. Wild life is unbelievable. Food and drinks were top notch.

Great place but while sitting outside on the deck, I got eaten alive by something ("bocones"?). I spent the next three days with my legs and arms covered in welts and itching like crazy. I didn’t even know it was happening! Wish i had been warned.

Everything was great… the rooms, food, pool, property and the staff were so friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful resort… a hidden gem for sure

This place is amazing at its core. Legacy of a beautifully crafted resort and on the edge of a stunning jungle. They could up a little the service at breakfast (I had to ask several times for cream and went some meals with no water poured) and stick to entrees that they excel at, the pastries and crossaints are not their forte. But the staff was nice. They also could do so much more in the way of wellness offerings and that would make this resort such a destination. I also recommend having drinking water more available for guests.

Great remote place, beautiful, spa is nice and the thermal facilities were amazing

The pool at Borinquen is surrounded by trees and is set kind of in a valley and in the afternoons between 3-5 you could start to see the branches moving on the trees and all of a sudden, you would start to see monkeys swinging from branch to branch. Mama monkeys carrying their baby monkeys, monkeys "fighting", eating, just going about their day. It was absolutely amazing. That was when the spider monkeys came out. If the howler monkeys were there you would hear them coming up the valley around that time and then start seeing them, but they weren't as obvious visually. Either way it was an experience and was so magical. Our teenage kids said it was their best vacation ever. We loved it at Borinquen. Their zipline tour was also very fun! All around a great stay! Worth every penny. FYI - very remote and limited on food so just a few days/nights is a perfect amount of time spent there.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Food in the restaurant was delicious!

No complaints about anything. Stunning location, very comfortable, and the pool, hot springs and mud bath were next level.

Beautiful stay and great staff

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner options were good, not great. The tenderloin wasn’t very tender but the special, red snapper, was delicious and perfectly prepared. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds were immaculate.
