バルコニーからの景色は最高です。良質な温泉では泥のパックも楽しめます。夕刻になると猿が姿を見せて私達を更に楽しませてくれます。私達のお気に入りのホテルで、今回は３回目の訪問でした。また必ず来ます！

とても親切なスタッフ達。自然に囲まれた温泉でとてもリラックスできました。泥spaでお肌も潤いました。部屋からの景色も最高です。

This place is an absolute gem! I will give a detailed an honest review of Borinquen: Communication - 5/5 Throught whatsapp i was able to communicate directly with stafff before we got there. We organized our transportation through whatsapp with detailed info. They answered all my little questions about Drone usage, excursions, and general inquiry. Even when we were at the resort already, this was the best way to reach them as well. Faciltiies - 5/5 This place is magical. Because it is in the mountains and the foliage is so beautiful. We went during rainy season, which we expected a drizzle here and there, and this is what made the place lush is that tropical rain that comes and goes and helps cool the place down. Loved our bungalow it was so cozy and felt luxurious. The balcony was a generous size and i even filmed my yoga content here! What a beautiful backdrop for my videos! Lets not forget the natural thermal pools that heated up the natural saunas and the volcanic mud experience. This was just cherry on the cake! Excursions, spa, and staff -10/10 The costa rican culture is seen in the rooms, in nature, and also in the warmth of the locals there. Gave this many stars ⭐️ as no words can describe the experience. We did the 4 senses tour, with a guide that made us feel so comfortable with the horses. An unforgettable experience going up the mountains seeing the volcano while horseback riding. Bring bug she ray this ia non negotiable! Now the spa is just a dream! The view!

The resort is very nice for a relaxing trip. Food options are good and the best part is the thermal hot springs and pool facilities. Getting to the resort is bit of a drive from the airport and you should have a vehicle otherwise it is very remote.

Great service

Everything was perfect and all employees were courteous except the ladies at reception that work in the morning I believe one of the girls name is Sofia and her attitude is so bad and doesn’t even greet customers acts as if she eats scorpions on a daily basis passing the poison to customers. I have stayed at borinquen 3 times and next time I go if they are still there at check in I will definitely bring it to their attention about their bad attitudes.

The property is majestic, the staff capable and always ready to assist. The staff that maintain the property are so kind and amazing at their jobs. They have passion for the property and are experts at what they do. This property is unique as you get to enjoy all the amenities while looking at monkeys, lizards, birds, panthers, etc. In their natural habitat. The drive to the resort is part of the experience as you are on a road to a wonderful adventure.

Le personnel est très aimable, le service est rapide et courtois, la nourriture est délicieuse, l'environnement est magnifique, plusieurs choix d'activités pour les amoureux de la nature, la piscine est superbe, le tout avec un engagement écologique très fort. Seul petit bémol, les moustiques!!! Sinon très beau séjour !

La naturaleza, lugar mágico

This hotel has volcano water swimming pools , clay treatment , a unique spa , zip line delicious local plates and super nice and charming employees. Place is beautiful and quiet . We enjoy a lot our anniversary vacation trip there . We recommend this place 100%!

Last minute trip for a couple of days getaway. The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and Armando made great drinks at the swim up bar. The spa was outstanding. Looking forward to returning soon.

This is a beautiful resort that is a bit far from town but very lovely and quiet. They have wonderful staff that are happy to help you. There are events to that you can do while on the property- I did a horseback ride to the "top of the world" with my kids. It was wonderful, and we saw 2 waterfalls as well. The resort has a nice trail where you can see a fumerole- steam and hot water coming from the ground- and bubbling mud too. There is ziplining and plenty of food choices at the restaurant. They all spoke English and were so kind to my family. I didn't try the spa but I'm sure it's top notch too.

Malgré le chemin qui mène a l'hébergement (Pura Vida), le site est magnifique. Tout y est piscine, sources thermales, fumeroles à observer de près, le buffet dejeuner... La navette pour circuler sur le site semble insuffisant car il peut y avoir beaucoup d'attente. La restauration sur place est une belle option pour ceux/celles qui veulent rester aur place.

Loved the property! It was absolutely gorgeous! We were a little bummed that the one restaurant wasn’t open for more food options but still loved our stay!

One of the most relaxing resorts I have ever been to! SO TOTALLY nice to be somewhat isolated and just enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife!

Peaceful tranquil great place to start a vacation.

Beautiful resort very quiet and peaceful. Excursion with horse back riding and zipline was awesome. Our guides were great lots of fun and laughs. Monkeys , birds and iguanas lots of wildlife Very friendly staff .Hope to go back

Loved the property. Each bungalow was completely separate from the others on a hill, so there was no noise at night (except the howler monkeys). Very peaceful and the pool, hot springs, sauna and hiking trail were easy to access.

Although the food was delicious, you may want to have nightly specials! Also you may want to consider having golf carts for rent as extra transportation to & from the vilas for after hours!

2 kids and 2 adults- this property is amazing. Food is good, ambiance is amazing and the people are even better. Sure food options are more limited than an all inclusive but you’re 1.5 hours aways from any city and we never went hungry. The people are amazing and the property is beautiful- would absolutely stay here again.
