エアコンの効きはとても良いです。飛行機が深夜到着の便でしたが、問題なくチェックインできました。ホテル内の構造が分かりにくく、部屋までエレベーターが使えない別館があります。 英語が苦手でしたが、受付の若い女性が精一杯分かりやすく部屋までの道を教えてくれました。 また歩いて5分ほど歩けばクラクフの有名な広場や美味しいご飯屋さんもあります。 ポーランドはとても治安が良い、そう思わせてくれたホテルでした。

ヴァヴェル城や織物会館等すべて歩いて行ける。

オールドタウンにも近く、便利なロケーションにあるホテルです。部屋は小ぶりながら清潔で大きな不満もありません。また、フロントスタッフもフレンドリーで親切です。

Close to the market square in front is the park, 5 minutes to main station.

The location of the property is great with convenient parker. Remember, that you need to call in advance to reserve a parking spot for yourself. The overall design of the inside of the property is interesting. The lighting was very bright inside the room & the hallways. and the AC unit didn't work. But other than that, it was an easy and convenient place to stay in Krakow.

Veldig bra frokost. Rommet var veldig små og utrolig mye støy fra en trafikkert vei med gammel trikk. Hadde 5dg ophold.Ville bytte rom og fikk blank NEI. Dette var ikke akkurat gjestvennlig, ikke engang et forsøk å hjelpe. Ellers hadde hotellet bra beliggenhet, ikke langt fra alle seeverdigheter.

Dejlig morgenbuffet. Super beliggenhed til seværdighederne. Stille og roligt. God service.

Was a pleasant hotel, the area is very quiet. Within walking distance of the main square

Hyggelig sentralt og komfortabelt hotell i umiddelbar nærhet til gamlebyen og andre severdigheter i Krakow. En smule støy fra trikken som passerte i gaten forbi hotellet, men sikkert stille og rolig hvis man får rom som vender mot bakhage. God frokost!

Personalet var meget hjælpsom og venlig . Morgenbuffet var stor. Værelset var rummeligt. Et velfungerende elevator. Det eneste minus var støj fra trafikken. Men hotellet ligger meget centralt, tæt på alt. Får du et værelse mod gaden anbefales at bruge ørepropper.

The best part of this hotel is the location. You are basically across the street from the old town. So going to places to eat was easy. The staff are actually very friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a few drinks in the small bar area/room. But if you have the option request a bigger room for more comfort. Some of the rooms are a bit on the small side so if you are with some one else it feels a bit cramped. But it was comfortable for just sleeping.

Great place to stay

This area has it all. The best Western offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning, that allows for eating and heading off to your adventure. The best western hotel is really walkable to so many areas in city center and near the old Jewish quarter. Also, the train runs right in front of the hotel. Everything is so easily accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel ♥️

A city break and this hotel is really well situated

Great property and staff in an amazingly convenient area. Right next to the kiss and ride stop for day trips and a short 5 min walk from the old square for food sightseeing etc. another short walk to the Jewish quarter. There is a park area opposite the hotel that is well lit at night and the police patrol quite regularly so you felt safe travelling through it even on new years when we were there. Transfer to balice airport was 130zlty and took around 25 minutes.
