The hotel staff were very courteous from the moment I checked in. The view from both the room and the rooftop was absolutely amazing! You can enjoy a full view of the Sagrada Familia. The breakfast was also very delicious. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit, which made me come back every morning. I would love to stay here again when I visit Barcelona. Thank you very much!

Good quality. Not convenient for shopping.

I liked this hotel very much. Restaurants and bars are great. But there are no bathrobes or pajamas in the room. Not so many amenities. It’s great apart of that.

初日に18時過ぎに到着したのに部屋がまだ準備できていないとのことで10分以上待たされた。 シャワーヘッドが壊れていて蛇口をひねったら飛んできた。（こちらはフロントで訴えたら仕事で外出中に直されていた） 冷蔵庫の中に缶の水と紙パックのミルクがありフリーとのことで、備え付けのドリップコーヒーでカフェオレを作ろうと思ったらミルクは前の滞在者の飲み残しらしくふたがあいていた。。。知らずに取り出すときに床にこぼして掃除をするはめになった。 3日目に仕事を終えて18時過ぎに戻ってきたら部屋のドアがあいている！まだ掃除がされていず、タオルのみ交換してもらった。 決して作り話ではなく、たった3泊でここまで経験するのは珍しい。 ただスタッフはフレンドリーで英語もよく通じた。

It’s a fantastic hotel in a great spot. Its location allows you to get anywhere fairly quickly be it by metro bus or tram. The hotel is wonderful with spacious rooms and we had a great view of La Sagrada Família. The staff is great in particular Francisco at the bar. The atmosphere is fantastic and it makes for the perfect spot after a day in Barcelona.

Great staff and great room. Had a fantastic stay. Right opposite Westfield. So very convenient and walking distance to la sagrada and several amazing restaurants walking distance or a short cab ride away. Also, central to access trams, busses and tubes. Overall a lovely stay

On arrival day Expedia sent me an email asking how my 'Check In' went - I responded. if you wish my full response and more, please give me more space.

Le design de l’hôtel, et surtout de la décoration intérieure, est absolument parfait. Il lui donne quelque chose d’authentique même s’il est tout récent. Le personnel est adorable et la cuisine est vraiment bonne. Dommage pour le service de menah, qui n’a jamais vidé les poubelles.

Väldigt trevliga, sociala och glada personal, vi har varit nöjda och glada under hela vår vistelse i hotellet. Personalen lämnade ett fint födelsedag present till vårt ett åriga barn och var väldigt vänliga mot oss och vårt barn. Hotellet var jätte rent, rummet var rent och sängen jätte bekväm.

A very charming hotel in a great part of Barcelon.

The room was comfortable. Service was great, even in the early morning hours. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept on in a long time.

Quel confort ! Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont belles et l’emplacement est facilement retrouvable avec le gros Mirador à côté qui est rose-mauve la nuit. On ne peut pas se perdre. Très près des transports et facile pour s’y rendre en train depuis l’aéroport :)
