The hotel staff were very courteous from the moment I checked in. The view from both the room and the rooftop was absolutely amazing! You can enjoy a full view of the Sagrada Familia. The breakfast was also very delicious. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit, which made me come back every morning. I would love to stay here again when I visit Barcelona. Thank you very much!

Good quality. Not convenient for shopping.

I liked this hotel very much. Restaurants and bars are great. But there are no bathrobes or pajamas in the room. Not so many amenities. It’s great apart of that.

初日に18時過ぎに到着したのに部屋がまだ準備できていないとのことで10分以上待たされた。 シャワーヘッドが壊れていて蛇口をひねったら飛んできた。（こちらはフロントで訴えたら仕事で外出中に直されていた） 冷蔵庫の中に缶の水と紙パックのミルクがありフリーとのことで、備え付けのドリップコーヒーでカフェオレを作ろうと思ったらミルクは前の滞在者の飲み残しらしくふたがあいていた。。。知らずに取り出すときに床にこぼして掃除をするはめになった。 3日目に仕事を終えて18時過ぎに戻ってきたら部屋のドアがあいている！まだ掃除がされていず、タオルのみ交換してもらった。 決して作り話ではなく、たった3泊でここまで経験するのは珍しい。 ただスタッフはフレンドリーで英語もよく通じた。

The location is amazing and the staff could not do enough to help. Drinks and food were reasonably priced and there were pertly of places to sit and relax outside your hotel room. The pool is an issue. The company that run it had an event so for the full day we were there it was out of action and if we wanted to sit by the pool we needed to spend €40 per person on food and drink. The pool does not really match with the ethos of the Hoxton hotels we have stayed in before which is a shame. As a company the Hoxton hotels are amazing. They just need to run the pool themselves

Breakfast was good

Loved staying at the Hoxton, Barcelona! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the restaurants were excellent, the room was fantastic! We stayed for two nights and then went to Sitges for a wedding for two nights. While we loved our stay in Sitges, when we returned to the Hoxton for our last two nights, it felt like we were coming home. We hope to return someday soon!

The hotel it self is beautiful and all the staff are really sweet. We got two king rooms. Once we got our keys we headed up to our room, all good up till here, soon as we opened one of our room doors the stench just hit us. Sewage. It was disgusting!! The issue was when we tried to get the hotel to do something about this. Called them and they acted like ‘what’s the big deal’. ‘we’ll let house cleaning know’ is what they said but it was like well what are we supposed to do in the meantime? They made us stay in the room, we had a show to go to that evening so we used the room and headed out. We got back late and of course they didn’t do anything. This time i walked to the front desk, they were still acting like it was a me problem. In the end they changed our room but not both rooms, just one. We were traveling with young kids so we his became a huge inconvenience. During the rest of the trip not once did they check in with us about our stay or anything. This I really didn’t appreciate for a star hotel i expected more.

Nice hotel, but check-in / check-out procedures are a disaster, with long waits while reception desk staff hold long conversations with guests (who doubtless enjoy the attention, but at the expense of everyone waiting behind in line). Also didn't appreciate being made to feel like a criminal for popping up to the roof deck just before closing for a look around and being glared at until we left.

Great hotel in a local neighborhood.

Gorgeous, clean and comfy. We loved our stay so much that our Airbnb in the next city was such a disappointment in comparison! We are checking back into Rome Hoxton!

Greta overall. Rooftop pool Opening at 11 at check out time is not ok.

Poor room ‘biggy’ 307. Two small single beds with very slippery mattresses that fall off the base. Sofa bed alternative creaky. Bathroom smells damp. 4 coat hangers for 2 people for 3 nights. No storage. Bizarre pool hours - no coffee on roof - breakfast staff unhelpful - reception staff very good. So much potential but missing a repeat visit.

Perfect location to experience the city!

I stayed in the Hoxton Edinburgh and loved it hence booking the Hoxton Poblenou. Our room was good but was right by the elevator and loud. It is a hub for digital and brand conferences/meetings and was geared towards younger people. No one working at the hotel was over 35 which made me as a 57 year old feel mis-represented. All the public spaces were comfortable in furnishings but loud in music and young people talking. The rooftop deck was similar in noise and the food was not of good quality. Because of this experience I can’t say I will stay at a Hoxton Hotel again unfortunately as my first experience was great.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton Poblenou. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The hotel has an upbeat vibe with a great rooftop bar with nice city views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect! We cannot wait to return.

Very helpful staff and great location

Beautiful and modern lobby, bar, restaurant and room!!! Gorgeous view of Barcelona too. Very convenient to shopping and food. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

The hotel is well situated and within easy walking distance of public transport links. The decor is modern and largely well maintained. The staff are generally friendly.
