graet trip!

Love the pool and hot tub. The jets weren't working, but it was heated to perfection. The pool is salt water and so beautifully kept. Very clean. I am disabled with M.S. and the stairs in and out of the pool and hot tub were easy for me to navigate. The rooms are a decent size. The bed was super comfy. The top blanket was high quality. A comfortable bed needs a comfortable blanket!! Very relaxing stay.

I stay here often as I go to the area to shop and see family. It is always comfortable and quiet!

Clean bed , clean shower, nice tv ,clean pool, clean ac unit , clean front office nice place to start my only thing that caught me by surprise was a $100 dollar hold fee for in case There is any damages done to the hotel. Other then that’s it’s ightttttt.

Decent

Room smelt disgusting.

The park next door was nice, but it’s also the con. The entire area smelled bad. You won’t need an alarm clock since the birds will wake you at 5 AM daily. The fitness area is significantly smaller than it appears in photos. The keycard to enter the room stopped working day two and my last night. Room service was requested three times before it happened. The AC unit is right next to the bed and the fan kicks off randomly with no adjustable setting.

We spent much of our time by the pool. We found that several of the chairs were dry rotted from the sun and heat. My husband we to get up and the seat ripped out from under him and he almost fell. Other than that e love this hotel and highly recommend it to our family members when the travel to AZ.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area isn’t unsafe but, definitely not an upscale part of town. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Super clean and beautiful, as if it was remodeled by a Hawaiian designer.

We checked in to a king bed room for the weekend. Paid online in full. Got to hotel and a young man named Juan greeted us. Very nice. He explained that for an extra $100 we could upgrade to a king room WITH a jacuzzi in the room for the entire stay. Perfect! We accept and he tells us that is a cash upgrade. We had no cash so he told us there was an ATM across the street. My husband goes and we pay him. Shady, right?! So was the room. The jacuzzi DIDNT EVEN TURN ON AND WORK. He knew that so this is a scam. Criminal. I’ve contacted my bank and will file a fraud report. We work hard for our vacation time and money and to get scammed when you first get in to Scottsdale was disheartening and unacceptable. We’ve asked mgmt to reach out but I suspect Juan is making sure our messages are not being given to the manager. Absolutely disgusted.

I paíd this hotel directly in expedía; when i arrived the hotel was in terrible conditions; the bathroom was old broken and dirty; i just was 20 inside the room and i decided return the keys and cancel the reservation; the staff tried to help me to redund my money but him manager don’t was there until 3 days later; And when he get back he decided don’t return my money: so…. Maybe they need my money more than me and i understand why this is a garbish hotel, and by the way thanks expedia for do nothing to reconocí e your mistare listíng garbish

This hotel met our needs pretty darn well. Decent furnishings, place to work, comfortable bed, good bathroom, good refrigerator. Location OK.
