空港からメトロで1本、駅からホテルまではメインストリートを歩けばすぐで便利な立地でした。ヨークなどへ少し足を伸ばすにしても、中央駅も徒歩10〜15分くらいです。 偶然ですが、向かいにロブスターが美味しいシーフード屋さんがありました。 お部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんが、季節的に問題なかったのと、電子レンジで温めるものはレセプションに言えば対応していただけました。 お部屋は暖房らしいものはありましたが、スイッチを入れても作動せず…寒すぎるわけではなかったので結局使いませんでした。 スリッパや歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーはありました。 残念だった点としては お部屋は清潔ではありましたが、1度、交換されたタオルが茶色く汚れていました。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、シャワーに時間がかかりました。シャワーとは別に浴槽はあるものの、そこは蛇口のみでシャワーはついていなくて浴槽を洗いづらかった点です。

Check-in was fine, staff were friendly and polite. Got iut of the lift on floor 2 to a smell of weed. Our room was the first room and i was worried the smell would be in there too but luckily it wasnt. Room was fine, bathroom toilet banged against the wall when you sat down, seemed loose. Informed staff at checkout of these issues and they are looking into it. Central location for newcastle city centre.

Friendly staff and lovely room- really good hotel.

The young female check-in staff were very unfriendly. The room was very tired and in great need of a refrurb with stains on the carpet and very dirty bathroom tile grout.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and being able to leave our bags before check in was very helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.

Lovely staff, fab bed, good location.

The staff were fab couldn’t do enough for us left early on the Saturday and the kitchen staff made us a continental breakfast for the train very nice of them would definitely recommend your hotel

Great location very close to the train station , about a 5 minutes walk. O2 City Hall about 15 minutes walk. Hotel was great, spotless well decorated roomsl and lovely bathroom. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Amenities friendly staff. Great location Had a problem with heating rectified immediately. Will definitely return and recommrnend to friends.
