Lovely hotel, for sure I'm coming back again.

Lovely place, location, just perfect for one who like to stroll nearby ginza.

The employee was so rude! We stayed there for a week, and on our last day we aksed for an hour late check out, which is at 12 noon instead of at 11am. We called the reception and they said we need to pay, 500 japanese yen, so we agreed. At 11.20am the reception called us and told us that we need to pay 1500 japanese yen instead of 500 they told us earlier, they gave us until 11.30 to get our selves checked out otherwise we would have to pay 1500 they charge us. Long story short, we complained and they responded with rudeness and impoliteness. Ruined our mood on our last day in japan!

Room is very small, but location is great, TV with netflix service is a plus point, service is good.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Good location, less than 5 minute walk to Ginza shopping strip and Ginza line station. Many covenient shops and cafe surrounding hotel. "Spacious" room compared to average Japan standard. Smartphone with free unlimited data and international call is a big plus. Daily subway pass can be purchased from front desk. The only minus is the pajama provided looked old. Overall it is satisfying.

The location is in the center of ginza, near to the station, the room is clean, the service is very good so highly recommended to stay here. I will stay here again when i'm back to tokyo.

Hotel is in a good location, suit with the travelers who use a metro card (Ginza itchome station). Though furniture are look old, but other facilities is very good. Front desk English also good as well.

Hotel kamar memadai, penataan cantik sangat suka, walau termasuk mungil tapi sangat wajar untuk ukuran Ginza. Sangat dekat pusat kota, piyama bahannya enak... saya travelling dengan suami dan anak umur 6 tahun anak bisa enjoy juga.

Kamarnya bersih, perlengkapan kamar mandinya lengkap, dekat stasiun, toko, dan restaurant, top dan rekomen, meskipun terasa sempit dibandingkan hotel di Jakarta.

Great. I like this hotel. Walking distance to main Ginza street where you can shop, walking distance to some station (Tokyo Station, Ginza Itchome, Higashi Ginza, etc) Hotel is a bit old, but the room is fine. Amenities is complete (razor, hair clip, sponge, hair cap, comb, cotton buds etc). For me, it's great.
